Absolutely disgusted. Booked a night for myself and my pup. Nothing on the website to say there was a charge for the dog. Bearing in mind it was 7pm when we got there and would need to be left for 7am

Very hard to find, hidden behind trees!! SavNav didn't allow for all the road closures, had to get friend who's wife's funeral I was attending to come and rescue me - stressful time

Please remember this is a budget hotel.I stayed here for a week and I found my stay to be okay. The bed was nice and comfortable, the check-in was simple with really helpful staff. The room itself was adequate for my needs.I suppose one of the problems, for me anyway, was that the switch for the shower/bath tap did not go to bath so I filled the bath using the shower once, only once as the bath was not long enough for me to be comfortable. The room did smell a little dusty but I soon aired it out. Also there was no main light and the switch by the door did nothing so once you closed the door you had to grope around towards the bed to find the switch that worked. It is just beside the station so is really convenient for the train and there was plenty of parking.I did not sample the restaurant as being there a week it would have become really expensive. All in all for the price I was happy with the hotel and would use it again.

My husband is currently staying in this hotel through work. If I had any say in it he would be checking out now! Absolutely filthy room. The bathroom needs a deep clean. The management should be ashamed of themselves!

I stayed from November 26th until November 28th. The staff was very polite. Wonderful English breakfast. My room was beautiful and clean. COMPLIMENTS from LUGANO!YNWA!

The hotel is tired and needs a spruce up but the rooms are clean and the beds very comfy and it's exceptionally cheap to stay.

Very disappointing - booked for 6 nights but left early due to condition of room, fire alarms going off in early hours several times on the same night - absolutely no Fire Safety protocol in place for guests a serious failure of H&S Laws, maintenance work being done in morning, room not cleaned/bedding&towels not changed - despite being told on booking in they would be. Quiet Zones are signposted but a joke - other noisy & drunken guests made sure of that. Accommodation is outdated & not of a good standard and needs to be decorated & updated significantly. Complained and requested a refund - was given one night refund - despite outlining issues over the previous days.No comment regarding staff, food or restaurant as I spend most of my time off site. Issues only relate to night times.Positives: free parking & WiFiWouldn't recommend this hotel a no star rating from me but have to give at least one star in order to publish this review.

We stayed here for creamfields after a last minute cancellation. The lady behind the bar who checked us in was AMAZING. However. That is the only thing amazing about the hotel. We needed a room and a shower and bed which we got but it is incredibly dated. Our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days,we were provided one small bath towel per person which was not renewed during our stay. The door didn't feel secure like a normal hotel door. Like I said lovely staff but if you want luxury this is not the place to book
