Online = No. Just No.While I can attest to the quality in person, the delivery capabilities of this business is abysmal. Long past an hour I have waited outside for the food on the promise that the driver would be there shortly, then the phone was always engaged when trying to determine when they would.come. After an hour on the road, God knows what it would have tasted like...but I wouldn't know since the food never arrived...poor, very very poor. Had a lot of people, including myself, going to bed hungry, who were looking forward to some really good food.Surely, if you can't deliver then advise should be given to that effect so that we can source foods elsewhere...extremely disappointed since my previous experience (in person!) saw the food as deliciousUp your game guys...I am expecting a full refund!!!

Ordered 2 kebab meals, with salad, pita bread and chips. Both meals came without the bread. Was cold.Ordered onion rings didnt come.Took over an hour to arrive from uber eats, estimated delivery time was 20 minutes.When I rang in to ask for an update they said it should be there and put the phone down.How do you forget pita bread when its part of the meal.

Really disappointed in this place recently was a nice place to order from.... But my last couple of orders have been shocking..cold food... Small portions.... Always turning up late.... Missing items the list goes on... Dunno what's happened like but this place was a good place to order from but not anymore I won't be ordering here again anytime soon..

Did a telephone order for pickup, Donner meat and salad with a separate order of chips. I picked it up 10 mins later, only from 2 miles away by car, got home, Donner meat was cold, chips were hot. Put Donner meat in the bin. Will never use again. Lost a customer for life for sake of cooking Donner meat a bit longer!

Ordered at 19:40 and didn't arrive till gone 21:40. I understand it was busy but the food was cold and didn't give me my drink I paid for. So disappointed as I love the food from here and havnt had problems in the past

Given 1 star as there isn't an option to leave zero. Greasy, cold kebab, undercooked meat, uber skinny chips. We ordered a " mixed" kebab and got a few pieces of chicken and the rest was pale greasy Donner meat. Not using again and don't recommend.

Horrendous was looking forward to a takeaway after a really long, hard day at work it arrived after 1hr 15 mins (45 mins was advised on the app) on a Monday night! Large cheesy chips was ordered.... No cheese! Chicken burger with sweet chilli sauce.... No sauce! A large chicken "kebab" this was some chicken pieces thrown in a tray with a pitta bread .... Build your own dry kebab.... Guess what garlic mayo was missing! Will not be returning! Don't waste your time. Worst takeaway I have ever received and a complete waste of our hard earned money! Disgusted!

All food was cold. Wrong food arrived. After calling we were called liars. Deliver woman then called and told us she's not dropping anything off so speak to Uber eats.

Food arrived before it was due which is normally a good thing, however, we were missing items from our order so we called up to ask to get them redelivered and then we were greeted on the phone by someone saying “well we are very busy you know love” Which is fine I appreciate that you may be busy but we were missing items.. 2 hours later we still did not receive anything and called up again and they asked if we would like them now or we can have them on our order if we order tomorrow. Food was average at best. Service was appalling. Did not read delivery note regarding self isolation. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Only getting 1 star because I can't leave none! £44 for our family to have a take away. Never again. What's the point in a menu if you don't send the food as ordered. Or a comments box if you completely ignore it. 1 option in the drop box for sauces hence why I add it in the comments box. As for the portion sizes, well I think you should change your prices, especially the kids meals. Barely anything in it. Very disappointed and will never order here again after being a good customer and ignored the odd mishap. But never again.
