Awful curry bland tasteless, the pakori was in chip shop batter macDonald chips. Azad above Burtons years ago, now that was real authentic Indian quisine.

We use shazna often the food is nice, on 3 occasions the order was incorrect only one occasion we phoned as we thought 3 times is enough. We still decided we will use them again regardless of previous, tonight we ordered food at 5pm and the order was cancelled at 7:15pm 2 hours and 15 minutes later with no explanation and no answer in the phone. Would it not be polite to at least give an explanation or cancel it immediately.My husband went to the shop to ask their response was that we had not paid for the last one/extra one this is referring to the one they re sent because it was an incorrect order!Now refuse to let us order

Awful.! Albeit new years eve placed order at 5pm for delivery. 8pm had to drive down and go in not even prepared the meal said behind. £3.50 for delivery wouldnt give it back... no poppadoms for apology nothing. Also standing in there can see why it has a 2 rating for hygiene.... abmissal place

You will wait an hour for delivery. Its worth it. Best takeaway in town, no question. It's a busy place, the food is incredible. Never had a bad meal. Keep doing what you're doing lads.

Oh my goodness 😍 I feel like I've just dined out at a 5* Indian restaurant in the comfort of my own home. Food is amazing! Delivery can be long but more than worth the wait. Thanks Shazna.

Dreadfully appalling service.Ordered at 20.20 food arrived at 23.00!! Tried to contact via telephone and constantly engagedClearly take far more orders than they can accommodate then take phones off when people are complaining.Sent food back as God knows how long it may have been cooked for.

The best Take-away in Widnes without a doubt STILL, there's a few guys catching up there, yet still can't quite beat the recipes of Master Shaz, great lads, what more can I say say... Keep up the great laughs, jokes and cheers ladz, LOVE IT! Still the best in Widnes town in the last 15 years keep it up.... The 16 Grz bros 👍👍

I wish I could explain how absolutely awful the food from this place is. Today was the first and last time I'll be using this place. The only edible food was the pilau rice and the poppadoms. Even the dips with the poppadoms were rank and smelled of stagnant water. I'd rather graze in my garden than eat from here again.

They never showed after 1 n half hours with my food then i went and picked it up from them, to then arrive home and notice 2 portions of chips were missing out the bag! So i rang up and had no sympathy at all and was told to wait another 20 mins for driver to drop off chips which then never happened!! So disgusted
