Silver Crown in Halton

Ordered jacket potato with Tuna mayo, a long with 16inch pizza and Donner kebab. Kebab arrived on a plain pizza base no pitta bread. The jacket potato had no Tuna in it only mayo and was smothered in cheese, which I don’t like also cold. I rang to complain and was advised that another jacket would be sent, no cheese. The replacement potato finally arrived but was stone cold.The standard of Silver Crowns food has hit rock bottom

Third time ordering from here and still nothing to complain over, the food is lovely. The delivery guy has always been friendly and there’s only been one time it took longer than it stated (this was a Saturday) so I completely understand as it’s a very busy day, the food was still hot and tasty so we did not care. Fantastic, will be ordering again ☺️.

You wait two hours for food only to have to ring up half an hour later only for the phone to be off the hook. You pay £20 and it comes cold. Won't be ordering from them again.

If I could rate a 0 star I would, food didn't even turn up. Rang an hour and a half after ordering to be told its on the way and then tried ringing half an hour after that and no answer. No food has arrived.

Find this place to be a bit hit and miss tbh depending on who is working. Somedays theyre really good, food is nice for what it is, and the people in there are quite friendly.Other times food can be very, very greasy, I once turned my kebab on its side a drained the grease out for about 4 minutes.Literally like someone odyssey had poured oil over my dinner.

Used Uber Eats for the first time, food was hot and arrived quickly and when they said it would. Buffalo wings were spicy but the tubs chilli sauce, one mild and one hot were not particularly spicy. The hot one was cut with tomato. Free garlic bread on thin bases was a little salty, the silver special kebabs were on a thin pizza base instead of pitta and had lots of garlic mayo on. Asked for no onions and got no salad at all but that's probably me not using the uber eats app properly. Would order from again!

Chicken was tough but I dont mind, chicken is amazing anyway, what I dont appreciate it paying £5 for a tuna wrap with salad and getting lettuce on bread. If you have to use your own food to complete a meal in which you'd already played for and getting half of what you asked for really ruins your day, especially when you have to use an entire tin of tuna to make it resemble anything like what you ordered it disgraceful. Last time I'm ordering from here again

Abseloutely wonderful! Have not had a takeaway for months, and decided to have one as I cant move my arm, well what a delight that was! Everyone is stuffed and happy with their food, drinks and puddings for good measure, thank you guys very much ♥️♥️♥️

Decent food. Helpful staff. If visiting shop parking can be an issue as there is none. Garlic breads need to be made to order as they taste like cardboard. Prices are very good for what you get but I have noticed a hike recently.
