Subway in Halton

Went for lunch only to wait in queue for at least 10mins, I was having warm chicken sub , which was done and awaiting for the salad to come on , then they said card only which was fine , stood nearly another 10 mins, then they couldn't get card reader to work , so I said why aren't you taking cash , they said no change only 20ps and 5ps , disgusting they should have a float , so I asked how much my bill was and I could pay if I had exact money , which I did , by time I sat down , my chicken was cold , so fed not enjoy it today , normally love a warm chicken subway but today was just not nice .

Amazing food man who served me and my friend was lovely and polite very good customer service

Ordered on uber missing loads of items! The wedges were freezing cold. Contact number "doesn't work" and a refund for the missing items "isn't available"

I visited here on Tuesday. The customer service was phenomenal from all staff, especially the lad who served me. He was very energetic and welcoming. This shop always delivers a fantastic visit and I come here frequently. The staff make this shop the best in Runcorn, you can tell they like their job & try their best.

Food was standard subway.Hot chocolate awful ( no decaf coffee).Toilett rank! Female out of order male not good ( was my 5 year old that needed it). I really hope the staff don't need to use this too!The staff are the saving grace the 2 on shift were really nice. 🙂

Marvelous place for a sandwich. But the staff serving had no masks on so we left without purchasing anything.

Went into subway shopping city,asked for pigs in blankets (it's Christmas)£1-49 on the door ,wanted 2 ,was charged £4-98 ??He said I asked for wrong ones,so one sausage and one piece bacon £2-49 each..Will NEVER go into this shop again.And I can't give it nil star..

Most of the items were unavailable. Only 2 breads. Vegan cookies not even stocked even though they're advertised. Ordered 2 kids meals and the difference in sandwich size was substantial.

Amazing service, nice food , however portions aren't considered which is something they can improve on.

The staff were wonderful and very polite and very helpful. The eating area was clean with the relevant distance apart. The food was great...I had a salad and it was generous portions. All the time you could hear the delightful staff helping...grwatcolace to eat.
