Subway - Upton Rocks in Halton

Place was clean and food was good however black seats in the corner make me have a bum print when I stand up🤯

Really good service improved so much, went in for lunch on Tuesday and was amazing. Really nice sandwich.

Closing time is meant to be 7pm yet I came at 6pm and both the staff said it was closed. They turned off the open light as I walked past.

The food is typical subway food and the staff are friendly. The issue I have is that no matter when I go in the service is so slow and it can sometimes be unclean. They priorities take away orders. You can stand there for over 10 minutes waiting for any of the staff to acknowledge you.

Waited 15 mins from first ordering to actually paying, it took 4 members of staff to actually make my sub and when I got it this was the final product!!!! Absolutely shocking service, staff didn't have a clue!!!!!!

Pretty much ignored whilst they sort all the uber eats orders out. Waste of time, may as well pay Uber eats to take my order. Spent 15 mins waiting and then walked out.

Such rude staff. Ordered a couple of times on Uber eats and they just send something completely different, when I called to speak to the staff on two occasions they couldn't have been ruder.

A real revelation! Never visited before and the staff talked me through choices. Made a good choice, really tasty and great value in this clean bright space. Why not 5 stars?? The NHS wasnt recording and it wasnt signal or app!?

Really enjoyed my sandwich from here, shame the guy who started mine had the biggest stick up his ar$e.Please get a list of the bread you serve before expecting your customers to remember the 12 kindsAnd a smile goes a long way in the service industry I know as I work in it

A gentleman knocked with 2 orders for Jennifer. None was my order.I then called uber eats who transferred me to the driver and the driver said call the restaurant they have messed up.The restaurant was shut by the time I rang.Anyway I left badrebiews for te driver and pn ubereats.The next minute he turned up with my order and said the restaurant had forgotten it.I wish I didnt order now.It was the worse £8 I've spent. The sub went in the bin. It was disgusting.
