Ten Lock Flight Runcorn in Halton

I ordered two Sunday roast dinners. One chicken and the other turkey. Both types of meat were overcooked and far too dry, the veg was undercooked, and potatoes were also overcooked. I wish I could present positive feedback, but unfortunately, the overall quality of food was not up to restaurant material. I definitely won't be coming back. Please be mindful of my comments before you commit here! Waste of time and money.

First visit and will be definitely returning. The two ladies behind the bar were friendly and helpful and checked with us on our food. The food was quite nice, hot and had taste. We both had the steak and ale pie. Could have done with another vegetable and gravy would have been nice but what there was, was nice.It was mid week lunch so was quiet and plenty of choice of where to sit. Not sure what it would be like at weekend or evening. Couldn't tell if you could take dogs in as no signs.

Went for quiz, told 6.30 start started 7.30.Couldn't keep up with speed of questions, but girl was round bar side so couldn't ask.Definitely one for passionate fans who cram brains with anything marvel.Think may need to go somewhere more slower paced.Food was good X

THE foods very poor to previously and prices have increased. I ordered hunters Chicken without BBQ sauce. I was hungry and started eating the chips. Then saw the sauce. So I had to leave chicken, some chips, bacon and onion ring because of the sauce. All the manager said wS I'll tell the chief. Had a latte to fill up The staff are great but not the Manager

Came here with a couple of friends and the atmosphere was great. Although it was busy, everyone was respectful of noise level and it wasn't overpowering, conversations could be heard.We were served by James who was very helpful, when I asked for the selection of beers he was able to tell me from memory, he was alo very patient when I couldn't decide what to have.The fish and chips was delicious and tasted very fresh. The portion sizes were very generous but there's always room for pudding. 😀

Just popped in with the wife and little one for a quick bite to eat, enjoying a nice little 3 sides offer while the little man has his kids meal that they have catered for as he doesn't like food touching.Nice seating next to the little park for kids so easy to keep an eye out as the little one loves it.Served quick and with a big smile from Megan E, excellent service and very friendly.And for anyone who wants to know they sell original pepsi(sugar one) that many places don't do anymore.

Great food and atmosphere. Burger was spot on! James provided a great service and helped greatly with my choice of beer. Highly recommended, glad we've found a fantastic restaurant locally in Runcorn.

Just shared a last min lunch with my Mum and we both loved it here. Service was extremely fast and efficient, and staff were lovely and funny. We ordered fish fish fingers but unfortunately there weren’t any, however the staff went out of their way to make their own which were amazing 🙂 thank you!

It is well over a year since we were last here. The food was good before, but now it is excellent, best steak and gammon we have had in a long time! Spot on service from James too, drinks served at our table and given the option of waiting a few minutes for our next course. Will definitely be coming back soon!

My first visit and so much better than I had anticipated. The children's menu has all the usual suspects with little evidence of healthier options but hey ho the children enjoyed their meals and ate them with gusto.Our party chose hot buffalo wings, and smothered nachos....all fabulous. The mains were hunters chicken, chicken and bacon salad and chicken burger; again greatly enjoyed and very tasty.Service was efficient, the staff helpful and kind and the place was spotless.
