(Edited)If you are ordering food from elsewhere, then it is NOT homemade. If that was the case then all food production would be homemade. This is not a hard concept to grasp. I could microwave some noodles today, from home, that doesn't mean that the noodles are homemade when I have shipped them out to your business. Lying to customers is not great for your reputation! (Executive chef of 13 years)Very average experience. I visited this place with family.. The wait time was almost 20 minutes for 3 lattes... Food however was pretty good. Good flavours, not home baked, but good enough for a cheap treat. And no, the coffees weren't really worth the wait to be honest. They were lukewarm. And very bland.

Visit here most Friday mornings, always an absolute pleasure, staff are amazing.this morning 27/5/22 the card reader was not working, couldn't be helped, whilst waiting for my order I witnessed Molly deal with an extremely obnoxious customer. Molly was nothing but polite and professional !! Well done Molly you're a star 🌟 🙂

First visit. Found the place nice and tidy. Staff were pleasant enough. I ordered takeout and needed to be changed because it was originally plated. But it was still nice I would visit again

The Coffee House, is by far the best place to get a high quality Coffee. It definitely offers and delivers on the whole experience. Their coffee’s are smooth, the froth is thick and creamy, even the skinny cappuccino is delicious and creamy. Their cold drinks are a must have experience. They also have a fabulous choice of delicious foods, savoury and sweet. The staff are all very cheerful and friendly and this definitely adds to the overall experience. A very big well done guys, your doing a fabulous job!

I thoroughly enjoy every visit to this coffee shop. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They make me feel like I've walked into a friends house for a coffee. I always get a great welcome, fantastic conversation and a heartfelt goodbye. I can't recommend them enough.

Love popping in here. Bit slower service today as it was so busy, but no problem, the staff are lovely and work as fast as possible to ensure your wait is not too long, and the coffee and cakes are delicious!

Nipped in as the weather was awful and I needed to warm up. First visit, very impressive! Serves my favourite tea; Assam and the Toasted Tea Cake came quickly and was delicious. Staff polite, friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend and I will be back :)
