Clacky Diner in Hyndburn

Very long waiting time, must order ahead, waited 20 minutes before being asked what I wanted to be told its going to take another 20 minutesTasted stale and were barely warm, might just be the time of day though

Love this chippy definetly best one around well priced too and always tastes fresh. I tried the half pound burger last night and wasn't disappointed

Fabulous local chippy , with cafe to eat-in. Never fails to produce the best fish and chips. There is a great range on the menu of a traditional chippy, without the fuss. There is always a queue!

We dined in, best chips I've ever had and really great service. All around a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to going back to try the rag pudding.

Always a good pit stop here for lunch. Friendly, welcoming staff, great food and choices available. The Cheese pie is right up my street 🙌

Disappointed with this place. There is a reason why good chippies proudly announce that they sell Hollands products. Possibly the worst steak pudding I've ever tasted. The batter on the fish was not pleasant either. Staff were nice and, the shop seemed to be kept very clean. I would have expected better from a chippy that clearly prides itself on its appearance.

Good value chip shop with great tasting fish and chips and all the usual fare.The rag pudding is good if you like the suet pastry.Cafe side is clean and service is friendly.Worth a visit. Popular with locals.

Utterly dishonest and immoral. I went to this shop today. I was served by a young gentleman. I asked for cheesy chips, chicken nuggets and garlic sauce.He charged me £7.50. I expressed that this was far to much as chips and chicken nuggets are only £4. To add insult to injury the girls next to me got charged £6 for cheesy chips and chicken nuggets. The person serving me knew I was listening to see how much the other girls were charged so he slyly didn't say the price out loud. I demanded some money back. He gave me 50p and tried to argue that he gave me 1.50 back. I told him I only received 50p back so he reluctantly gave me another 50p. He then tried to argue because I got garlic sauce it was extra for me but garlic sauce is 80p extra not £1.50.Completely dishonest and I got well and truely ripped off! I think the guy thought I was drunk and tried to get away with ripping me off. I was very saddened by the experience recieved from the shop. Please aviod unless you want to get scammed!
