Hare & Hounds in Hyndburn

Absolutely amazing, popped in here to whilst staying at the Mercure to try somewhere different for food, best decision weve ever made!Staff are all very friendly and the food was absolutely spot on, we both had starters and a main and felt that is it brilliant value for money, arguably the BEST pub we've been in for food. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area and if we're up this way again we'll be paying another visit

Great pub with great staff and entertainment I had food and it was good quality my only negative was how it was presented not sure why the chips are in a bowl and why beans are in a sauce pot it'd be much more practical to have them on the plate. That said it did taste really nice I had cheese pie and would reccomend

Great food friendly staff good atmosphere.

Really disappointed as food as always been nice, I booked a table for 2 we was shoved on the smallest table. We couldn't have some of the menu as they had shut the kitchen due to having a party on. Now why wasn't I told that when I booked as I would have left it. The food was so rushed chips were just cooked to he chicken was so dry could hardly eat it, the fish was placed on top of my partner chips so all the fat/oil had dropped and soaked the chips so food not very good it's put us of now going as they not really bothered about customers

Had a lovely meal hear today, very friendly staff nice atmosphere warm n cozy 😊food was amazin cooked to perfection really enjoyed my visit will definitely be eating hear again 👌

Best Sunday roast EVER! All food and atmosphere was beyond expectations. Staff and locals are welcoming and it became our regular place to go during our stay. Also had a variety of rums which is a plus for us.Whish this lovely gem was nearby. If I'm in the area I'll definetely go back!!

The Sunday roast was outstanding, the best I've had in a while! The gravy was a highlight. Reasonably priced and massive portion. Definitely recommend!

The atmosphere is great, helpful and cheerful staff. I had the steak and ale pie which was amazing. Also they made for me a very small cheese and onion pie which is also very good. I'll get that the next time I'll visit, which I plan to do it very soon.The beer selection also was extensive and tasty.Edit:Went back again today and tried the cheese and onion pie, it was delicious. My wife had the fish and chips which were the best we had in this trip to UK.
