We went as a party of 8, the food was good everyone enjoyed it They were short staffed an service took a long while, we were first in an last to be serverd, i asked 3 times

Always a good greeting and chat. The range of wine on offer suits all tastes. Food smells awesome but not tried that yet (I won't dine alone and my son never visits lol). Staff always pleasant and attentive. Support local businesses 😊 Finally booked for Xmas Eve, off the December menu. Wow! Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Thank you for fitting my son and I in for this sitting. This k he will visit more now. 🤞 Thank you to the staff who made 60th special.

I've been there recently with my friends. Restaurant is beautiful inside, can't lie. But food is overpriced. £30 for a steak? You can pay less in Manchester and get more than that. In fire pit in Blackburn, restaurant with steaks ON THE STONE you can pay less and get more.They gave us table next to the kitchen. The problem is that kitchen is open and you can hear them shouting at each other.The food is good, but overpriced. Front staff is friendly, but i wouldn't recommend taking tables next to the kitchen.

Great service, great food, very nicely decored.Me and my partner went for our anniversary, we were shown to our table and placed near the radiator as it was a cold evening which was very thoughtful. Drinks brought to us through out and we didn't have to awkwardly wait or catch their attention for any service. The meals were very nicely presented and cooked to a great standard.Ignore the lower ratings; sounds like either these people are more suited to a dining establishment with a play area or they don't understand the running cost of a business to provide meals, utilities and wages for their top staff.
