Really impressed with my last visit at M&S. they really upgrade to the newest trend regularly but manage to keep the price decent- for most things. Special thanks to John - who patiently helped me find the best fitting jacket for my son. As the right size for the chosen item was not in store, he kindly ordered it on line for us. He made sure we were satisfied when we left M&S. Great experience and well looked after!

Another overwhelming floor layout! So many concessions under one roof, you'd think there would be plenty of all sizes available. Queue to pay with only 2 ppl on the tills. Sometimes too much choice is detrimental. Clean and tidy store, ladies fitting rooms well maintained, glad to see gents not allowed in female fitting rooms and staff member comfortable with saying 'no' despite being pressured by customer.

Cafe very messy, nobody tending to the display counters, very little left and everyone clearly been touching the cake stands, not great for hygeine/COVID. Tables left with pots on.Only one or two staff serving, doing their best but it's slow going. It's easy to predict it's going to be busy on a bank holiday? Perhaps better when less busy.No windows. The manager needs to have a look at the city centre cafe which is an oasis compared to this one!

45 minutes to return an online.order this morning. Pleasant but confused staff, no managers (in a meeting) then eventually a manager who was visibly irritated with me. I'd been given the wrong refund twice but was spoken to as if their errors were my fault. I spend thousands a year at M and S. I won't be using this branch again and suggest M&S invest in some staff training.

Been to the cafe here today… first time going and will not return.Ordered Crushed Avocado on toast with poached egg, something I’ve wanted to try for a while. It came first of all without the poached egg and was told we’d not ordered them, which was not the case. When staff agreed to add poached egg the staff left the rest on the order on the hatch where everyone had access too and 5 mins later added the eggs.Once we had our full order the poached egg were hard boiled and not poached. We enquired about this and was told “we don’t cook the food its already done and this is the way it was” very disappointing as it was hot, so some sort of cooking or heating must happen which could have resulted in them being hard boiled. After reaching out to staff again and complaining, we did receive more but the service was not what I would have expected from M&S

Poor service. Waited 20 mins to get our turn to the till but they ran out of almost everything. Could have made aware on the entrance menu board.

Marks and Spencer is a houshold name. This compact, yet vast store is full of food, clothing and shoes at fairly reasonable prices. The cafe seems to always be super busy, so we avoid and can't comment on that. The food hall has it's own convinient little enterance/ exit.Staff always sem friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accomodate needs and requests.Overall great.5 stars. We would reccomend.

Its nice and big store all over two floors.was very bussy spacially food area and i loved food area. Good and fresh every thing. Amaizing price staff are realy polites and helpfull recommend vist.

So much stuff crammed into the store. Not enough staff. Food section bit dark and cramped. But nicer sandwiches etc than the food court. Don't bother trying to buy anything on Sundays as never enough staff on the tills.

Nice store. Great food hall with plenty of tills open. No queues. Mens department on the mezzanine is good too.... although a shop assistant watched me buy £150 worth of clothes....in my indecision in what to buy and what not to buy & continually trying on jackets that were two sizes to small.... I obviously looked like a shoplifter
