McDonald's - Hyndburn Road in Hyndburn

Right it is not fair about the grand opening of McDonald's Accrington that was done back in 3/10/2017, that on the day there was helium balloons and today there was none and I get very angry seeing this picture on the internet. So my suggestion is to bring back helium balloons to some of McDonald's UK locations and you can also email McDonald's Customer Services about it as well. And I also don't like this McDonald's location to open 24 hours, it is not fair.

I ordered breakfast from just eat estimated delivery from 10.40 would come 11.05 it came at 11.25 stone cold when I told the driver to take it back he said get a refund that is not the response I wanted . Very poor.

Served by a young man at the drive thru in Accrington this morning called Zac who was polite, helpful with an order query, courteous and jolly. Just the kind of personality you need in customer service and hence why I have given a personal mention.

Ordered two meals at the drive through. . One with coffee and one with tea. No milk in the bag. Apart from that it's McDonald's. It'll kill you but it tastes great! Happy days!!

Whoever handles the McDonald’s app needs to find another job. Me and my family were feeling a bit of McDonald’s today so I ordered the food online. I then arrived there and I showed them the code on my phone. It was all going great until I went to the last window, the women goes to me 'Its not coming up onto my screen, could you go back around' I parked up somewhere in the car park and I was checking on the McDonald’s app to see what had happened. It then says ‘The order has not been placed, there is an issue with the order go inside and speak to somebody’ I thought well if the order hasn’t been placed I may as well just cancel it. So I cancelled the order and placed a new one. I get my food and I’m about to head back home but then I get two emails telling me that two payments have been taking. So I’m thinking huh it must be a mistake double email. But I check closer and there’s two different order numbers. So the order that it was saying there’s an issue with, they took the money for that as well. I went back around and spoke to another lady on the money window, bless her, no beating around the bush she just helped me straight away with it and told me that I’d get a refund. So after waiting there for almost an hour I got back home and I’m just excited to eat, but then I see a couple of things are missing? So I’m thinking wow they’ve taken the money from me and they’ve not given me everything. I tried calling them I get no answer. Very annoyed, those people that are in the kitchen also need to be sacked. It’s not a chill spot where you can talk with your friends. They’re getting paid for making our orders wrong? Terrible. I’m actually very disappointed. After all the years of me ordering from McDonald’s in Hyndburn. I’ll never be going back there again. And if I could leave 0 stars I would. Or even minus stars, they’d be getting a never ending amount of them.

Pisstake ordered 15 quids worth of food and when the delivery came all there was were a box of nuggets and when I called they said can I come down and collect the rest at midnight! when I had paid for delivery and service charges I can’t go down to collect it so they said they couldn’t help me

24 Hours McDonald’s? But after 11PM they had no milkshakes or ice creams available because they’re cleaning the machine? It isn’t the first time this has happened to me. What’s the point of being open 24 hours if everything isn’t available.

So if a McDonalds is open 24 hours then WHY are milkshake machines and McFlurry machines cleaned at 11:30PM and no availability? Exceptionally silly and it seems its an Accrington thing🙄

I tell you, the chips were stupendous, standing like golden soldiers dutifully guarding the gateway to gastronomic excellence. Wading their way through a sea of crimson ketchup, these brave chips mingled with a gaggle of beans- dissenters trying to slow down the march of golden potato to my gob. Will this battle for culinary nirvana never end? Colonising the edge of the plate, a six ounce burger stood proud, a fortress of protection for the cowering gherkin that hid within. visited mcdonalds this evening, asked for our table to be cleaned by the young boy walking around, he took at least 5 minutes to come back and clean it and when he did he just brushed the bits off the table onto the seats. we asked him to clean the seats and so he did, but said “is that good enough” and walked away. his attitude was disgusting and even had the nerve to give us a dirty look on the way out! don’t expect the staff to be like this at any store.
