Oriental Delight restaurant in Hyndburn

Terrible service, trying to ring in an order for takeaway. She didn’t know what a chicken satay was but got the rest and I asked what my order was at the end and she was wrong and then she ok thank you bye because she didn’t understand. I don’t know how it has good reviews.

It was our first ever visit here, it was a long drive from where we live but was well worth the travel. We arrived quite late and we was the only ones in the restaurant, we wasn't made to feel unwelcomed one bit. The lady who served us most of the night was lovely and really funny. There was another gentleman that came out from time to time he was equally as welcoming. The decor in the chinese was bang on, from outside you wouldn't think it was as big as it was inside.In terms of the food it was absolutely gorgeous, we ordered a lot between me and my fiancée but we managed to eat it all bar a little of egg fried rice as we was stuffed. We ordered set menu for 2, i think it was option b, as when we go to a chinese we like a selection of everything and we ordered a side potion of salt n pepper chips. The hot and sour soup is by far the best I've had from a chinese, everything was so good though. I would definitely be returning with friends and family.

Food very good but service very slow and very clumsy waitress

Really let them selves down when we visited hadn’t been since it was the mu thai which we loved, service was the slowest I think we’ve ever had. The food was ok and if service speed sped up it could have improved the experience but not one we want to rush back to anytime soon.

Really friendly staff, lovely food, happy to go back time and time again.

Very professional and friendly staff. Some unusual things on the menu that I'd not tried before. A bit more expensive than what I'm used to in the area.

Highly recommend the set meals from here. You get around 5/6 courses at about £25 a head. All food is delicious and fresh. The chef is excellent. We go every year for my birthday I can't speak more highly of this place in all honesty. Love it.

Went for the first time about a month ago. So glad we found this place. The food is delicious, really fresh and not at all greasy. We always ring to order then go and collect. The food is always ready on time and the staff are very friendly. Food is hot fresh and tasty and a very reasonable price. We will be regulars now.
