Derby Lodge in Knowsley

This is the second table table we have visited. I can't recommend enough. The staff are a credit to this place very attentive, can't do enough for you. Food is good. Breakfast is fantastic and the kids eat free. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you Joe and Ellie for a lovely breakfast and chat. Very professional service, good breakfast (including the vegetarian Bacon) and superb experience all round. Thanks again.

The evening we were there was busy as it was full of people who had been to the Grand National. There was a shortage of staff. However the staff were friendly and did a good job. We kept getting different information about last orders and they turned the coffee machine off at about 9:30pm. Maybe on a quieter night it would have been a different experience and would have been more stars.

Went for tea with the husband. Actually really enjoyed it. Wasn't to sure after reading some reviews, but am actually glad i went. Food piping hot, fresh and really good staff..

Absolutely fantastic place!! Chris our waiter was brilliant (good luck in ur new furniture) Jo was amazing on breakfast and we could of asked for better, we will be back in May. From the leeds gang

Had to ask for Table to be Cleaned, appreciate they were busy but 1 empty table in the establishment and left not Cleaned!!Ordered food, Scampi arrived with No Tartar Sauce, on asking for some, was told we've run out, but there's other sauces over there. Ate the Meal, but due to it being more of a Children's Size Portion was still Hungry. Husband's Meal was Okay, previously eaten here it's been loads better. Unfortunately will not be Returning for the foreseeable.

First time there staff where lovley. The portions where very small for the price they charged for a main meal two of my sisters ordered sweet potato curry there was not enough in the tiny dish they served it in to call it a meal but like all people no one would complain so I won't be going back and i will not recommend it to people that I know. 😖😔😣

Staff were lovely, excellent service. Food was delicious - I had cottage pie which was really tasty, my son had the fish bites and husband the chicken and bacon salad. Deserts were lovely too - chocolate brownie and profiteroles. Crackers on the table for every customer was a nice touch.

Had Christmas Dinner yesterday it was really lovely, enjoyed every minute. Our special request was included on in our meal. Staff really nice and very helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Great food, beautiful building and excellent staff. Highly recommended
