Had both a collection and delivery in the last week and both times food and service has been brilliant. Food hot fresh everytime and tasty 😋 best food place In Kirkby by far!

Ive had 2 neals from here in the last 10 days and as a lorry driver with no where open to get hot food these guys have delivered hot meals to me in my truck and their service is brilliant !! 10/10 👍👍

Have used twice in 2 weeks which is bad I know but first time they ‘forgot ‘ our order so waited 2 hours. Second time, I rang chasing after an hour to be told on its way, still nothing 20 minutes later, so rang back and was told van had broken down so making it again fresh. Took another half an hour so again 2 HOURS waiting for delivery. Won’t be using again

Best place. The pizza is amazing the chips are perfect. The waiting time when its busy(like overly busy full with customers) is a little long but trust me it is worth waiting for. Ordered from here loads of times and never had one problem.

Normally we love getting food from here but this time the cheesy chips were not even edible. I have sent them a private message to advise how poor they were but waiting on a reply. Cheer was so burnt and shriveled it was one lump in middle of chips. I've rated 4 due to previous orders and rest of food. poor quality checks on this order

Last time ordering with jackymundosMade the order at 10:28pm and it came to 11:30pm and no sign so I just called up querying about it and got told that it was on its way and shouldn't be too long.Gets to 11:50pm and call again and they weren't aware of the phone call I made to them and said our food was going into the oven now...Even though I placed the order at 10:28..I've worked in restaurants that do takeaways and even on a busy day as soon as we got the order we would start working on it and getting it out as soon as possible..I would understand if it was a Friday or Saturday night..

cannot believe the service order placed at 9:00 only to be told at 10:05 that they do not have enough drivers! Went to pick up only to find food had been sitting there all this time , what a joke felt sorry for staff but cannot accept poor service and possible food poisoning, left and requested refund , beware as it takes 5 days for money to go back into your account?

Have to give 1 Star for the spicy wedges which were half decent, apart from that it was terrible. Bought 9" chicken Pizza an it had green mould on the base of it. Such a shame because it looked amazing on the top. Sort it out, people paying decent money for food, that I wouldn't give the dog.

Ordered my food and had to wait 2 hours for delivery my partner didn't want to order from here in the first place because it always takes ages but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt but never again safe to say it wasn't worth the wait. Disapointing to say the least.

Ordered from them online and wrote in the comment box "No coleslaw on the burger". Burger still came with coleslaw which I can't eat due to allergies. Definitely won't be ordering from here again
