Mcdonald's Restaurants in Knowsley

I ordered a maccies from Paige moss maccies and I ask for a triple cheese burger and it came like that wiv no buns just bacon and cheese on the meet and I ordered a MCFlurry and it came with no cream egg on just ice cream and it was freezing when it got here and it look like that my food has been eaten when it got here

Went to this McDonald’s and so many disappointments. To start with, I ordered a coffee and caramel latte for another person with me. In her caramel latte was coffee with the cream and caramel on. In my coffee it was cold and the latte without the cream or caramel.We always have to order filet-o-fish since most other things aren’t halal, throughout the years they have gotten so much smaller and even pricier.When we get the fries with our meals, some look burnt and others undercooked and cold.The hygiene of the inside is also bad, they used to clean the tables properly for new customers, but now there are still marks left on the ‘clean’ tables.In other McDonald’s it usually does take a bit of time to make the filet-o-fish burgers, but that’s only usually around 10-15 minutes. Yesterday I had to wait half an hour just to get them, the messed up coffee and the caramel latte.The milkshakes and mcflurries may as well be taken off the menu completely at this McDonald’s— every single time I go they have never ever had either of them.This McDonald’s has gone very downhill and really needs to be improved if they want customers to stay.

I have been in many McDonald's but this one is the worst first I ordered few things I didn't get print for my order main screen for orders not in use no preparing orders waiting ages u have to go and ask again and again is definitely no from me for this one

Seriously McDonald's the only reason for 2* is beautiful FINALLY YOU GOT VEGAN!!! Other than that it's dismissal whether it be takeaway or eat in. Over the years this place has NEVER got an order correct and it may just be a doughnut missing one order a drink the next but let's say over just 5 years how much this adds up to Hmmmmm quite a lot and when friends an family complain about the exact same issue, we'll at least I don't take it personal anymore 😊 p.s stop making children in to 'managers as its obvious they couldn't manage a Jelly Baby"Just a thought 👍😄

Although MC Donald's food is all the same the prices they charge is not. I had a breakfast from another local MC Donald's t same thing as I ordered here and it was over £1:30 cheaper there than here! I don't agree that they can charge what they want for t same thing..

Oh my gosh, shocking service. I went to get quick meal to save cooking and the chips were white not cooked the milk shakes should be taken off the menus cause they never have any, and the Big Mac was two burgers topped off with two buns wow how are these guys still in business. They seem to take more time getting delivery orders out that 90% or the customers in the store are delivery drivers. And to top it off I can’t even ring the store to complain so have to do it here. disgraceful !!!!!

I visited McDonalds, Page Moss this afternoon to get some food for my granddaughter, her partner & great granddaughter who were isolating due to having covid.I placed the order and when I picked it up I asked the young girl behind the counter if everything was in the bag & she assured me it was.I should have checked because when I dropped the food off, 2 bags of fries and the 1/4lb cheeseburger were missing. I’ve paid for these items but not got them.Whilst I was there I also noticed at least 8 of the staff had face coverings on but they needn’t have bothered - they either had them below their noses or completely under their chins - what’s the point of that - and they’re preparing food!!I found the whole experience appalling and will certainly not be using this McDonalds again.I’ll also be telling everyone I know not to use it either.No wonder they make so much money - they’re charging for items & not giving them to customers.DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS!!

Waited for 5-10 minutes just to get a hot drink. Did delivery couriers don't wear masks.Just a bit disappointing. Otherwise seems clean and has good sized car park

Ordered on just eat Big Mac and fries came freezing cold, drinks where spilt and half filled coffees, missing 2 mcflurrys and a milkshake and I live less than 5 min walk from here so how is food freezing cold and coffees half filled and just by the just eat reviews it’s happening to 99% of customers every day for months.

Food is cold .. I asked for 2 sugar with my coffe .. I go the sugar but no stick …’amaizing service’. Never come back …🤬
