Subway - Sherborne Square in Knowsley

Great fresh stuff, delivery good,

Order chicken tikka with mostly all the salad I called up after I got my meal from Uber and it had no salad on it or sauce I called up they said they out the salad on the subway but clearly no one did lies down the phone

Firstly, on the app ( Uber ) I ordered *meatball on Italian, once it was confirmed it was saying meatless on hearty. So I try and contact subway multiple times via phone to correct it, and then I had to call Uber themselves who also couldn’t get through, over 1 hour later my food arrives freezing cold, drowned in bbq sauce and missing the salad and cheese. I get the initial mistake of the meatless order not being subways fault, but this….. 1 hour wait, delivery driver was waiting outside subway for 30 mins to then open my order and be greeted with a freezing cold meal, I could’ve dealt with the meatless meatballs if it was warm, not drowned in bbq sauce and had actual tomato sauce, with the cheese and lettuce and onion and peppers I selected. I did get a refund from Uber but serving this to customers is laughable.

Both my friend and I went to Subway today for a lunch treat. And within half an hour we were both sick, so we think we have had food poisoning. Not happy at all! We had different sandwiches as well so either the staff had not cleaned / used fresh gloves when serving or the food was contaminated.

Visited today. Young man came in with no mask. Stated he had an exemption card but refused to show it. Staff were asked to ask him to produce it but they refused, and continued to setve him, stating they wouldnt have customers if they challenged customers and they have been told by oweners not to challenge public. Hence we are going into lockdown due to peoples irresponsibilty. SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY.

Staff really rude. On phone while serving and ignoring me. Had me waiting to pay whist on her phone.Sluring her word saying to other girl, " oh cba me yeno girl"

Talk about service with a smile!! Huyton subway don't waste your money!! All staff are miserable. Prices have gone up and there mean with the salad bowls considering you don't get all salad very disappointed won't be going back again!!

Wasn't expecting anything spectacular but felt ignored and ended up with something different than I ordered. Fairly obvious that I was with my two kids however first on rushed through and asked to pay for her sandwich, you can imagine the look on her face! Ended up having to clean our own table, luckily (or not) cleaning fluid had been left out which the several small children could have got hold of, rest of the restaurant was generally unclean.

Used to like coming here until two occasions. One where I watched a girl, after doing my sandwich, wipe her nose on her hand then continue to handle other food items and breads. Shouldn't have gone back but then the next time I went back there was hair baked into my bread! I will upload the photo when I find it on my phone.
