Staff had a bad attitude sent the wrong bread also asked for it to be toasted came freezing she said we didn’t ask for it to be toasted when I no I clicked toasted wouldn’t help at all never go here again the buttys was made very sloppy to everything falls out terrible service

Disgusting! Sent the wrong meal the first time... okay no problem they gave me a refund and I orderd another. The next came it was freezing cold the salad was mouldy and the meat had a funny smell! Absolutely disgusting, never going there again!

Very noisey, reminded me of a children's playground people shouting over one another, ovens beeping away customers shouting as couldn't hear order properly, let alone hear themselves think! Felt very rushed by staff not enough time to decide what I properly wanted, been many subways and never been like this one I know its smaller but that's no excuse, would definately not use again, only gave it 2 stars as my food was edible in the end

Never try this place!The staff cannot process a simple order and make you the opposite.They are left with no line manger until 10am to fix issues.And when the manager is in they cannot do anything to fix your order. Instead you have to wait a week for a refund.Awful service... I have no confidence in them at all
