🛑 WARNING DO NOT ORDER 🛑Food never arrives stay well clear ordered at 9 30 its now 12 15 am and still not here. Rang numerous times and was told 5 to 6 mins away evertime I rang. Absalute disgrace of a takeaway. No customer satisfaction what so everBoycott the place and DONT ORDER FROM HERE AS YOUR FOOD WILL NEVER ARRIVE🛑WARNING DO NOT ORDER🛑

Ordered a lot from Ado's but won't go back. Food was 2 hours late. Cold and chips were inedible due to being uncooked, portion size on the chicken kebab was half size as normal. All this would of been OK if the store would of answered to be able to remedy the order. Tried to get a refund through Lancaster eats, which was declined through the owner saying food was delivered on time and hot. Which is a lie, I have tried to speak with said owner for nearly 2 months, calling most days to sort out the issue. So my advice going forward is STAY AWAY. If there is any issues. They don't care

I have waited 2 hours for 2 burgers and a portion of chips. The burgers were missing the sauce we requested and the chips were cold. Complete waste of £12, only spent because we have been at work all day. Not the first time we have had a bad experience but not going to give them the benefit of the doubt any more. Don't waste your money

Amazing food always warm. The taste is amazing. Best thin base on pizzas. The busiest & best take away in Lancaster. Food speak for itself. I travel all a far distance for the fresh food only because it’s so tasty and always fresh. Compliments to the chef!

Decided to order from here on monday due to all the other places being closed. The order never arrived, after 2 hours i ordered again to get a meal that actually arrived , thinking that i could just refund the one that never turned up. But unlike any decent business, they refused to honour the refund despite knowing due to my phonecall and repeat order that it never turned up.

The food is generally ok but I’ve been waiting 2 hours, the takeaway won’t answer the phone. I’m happy to wait if the waiting times on the app are realistic but I was told an hour, it’s been 2 and I’m sat here hungry with no idea If my food is even coming. Would 100% not recommend. Would actually rather have food that is less nice but arrived on time.

£50.00 order and 1 meal did not turn up !!! 😠😠😠😠😠We called them and they fobbed us off, load of rubbishPINE LAKES#220:37 - 22/01/2022 - still order not complete, when we called they said they would deliver it tomorrow haha it was out last night stay, what a joke this place is.# 3Update, got the last piece of the order approx 2 hours later absolutely disgusting the wings where cold and sweaty. The Piri Burger was a fraud, basically a rubbish deep fried burger with Piri Piri sauce.

I’ve been waiting 2 hours for my food, times on the app are not realistic that was told an hour. I wrote on App that don’t Buzz the door bell because it’s quite late, all my roommate already slept, but they ignored my note. very disappointed

The food is always fresh and tasty every single time I have ordered from here. All of the staff are friendly and great at delivering good customer service. I would recommend. :)

On route from Warrington to Lockerbie and had quick pitstop in Lancaster at this Gem of a kebab shop. Wow has to be the best chicken shish lamb doner chilli sauce kebab I've had for ages, even put some chips in it to make Gyros 😋 without doubt a massive 10/10 🌶️🐔🐑😁 also very friendly owner and great service 👍🏻
