Animal Care Tea Room in Lancaster

Great charity. Lovely staff. Animals well cared for. Lovely cafe and charity shop.

I just love this place! Brilliant work caring and re-homing animals but they also have a little cosy no frills cafe with seating outside, served by friendly volunteers serving breakfasts and other savoury options and home made cakes and scones! I cannot resist the scones. Drinks and food very reasonably priced.

We had to take an elderly neighbours 2 cats there as the family abandoned them. How caring these people are and dedicated to animal welfare. It was traumatic to leave them but I believe they have settled, the place is in a lovely setting and the staff are lovely. If anyone is thinking of adopting an animal pay them a visit and have a lovely cup of tea or coffee and a home made cake at the cafe. They are a charity and donations are important but so is your support.

They were brilliant, obviously care a lot about the animals they have in their care. We got a 7 year old jack russell from them about 6 years ago and she has been a great dog. Loves walks and lots of cuddles

Fab home made food. Open 7 days a week. And you can take your dog in. Check out the charity shop too!

Great little cafe.... lovely coffee and cake... highly recommend. All proceeds to the animals..

Such a sweet place! Visited this weekend for afternoon tea and was blown away by the quality and value😍 we had the option that was completely vegan, and it had loads of choice... And the best mince pie I've ever had!Animals were all very friendly, and well looked after! 10/10💛 Can't wait to be back soon x

Lovely caring volunteers they do amazing jobs looking after all these poor animals who don't deserve to be there fabulous little cafe were you can have afternoon tea excellent value. all home made cakes you have to book the day before but you can have lots of other choices out side patio to sit and a little shop please go you won't be disappointed and all profits go the animals

Wonderful place. All the staff I've met are super friendly and are obviously passionate about what they do. After doing an induction session you can call in any day during opening times and walk any of the dogs around the site, which is quite large and has a few paddocks where you can let them off the lead.
