Atkinson's Fish & Chip Restaurant in Lancaster

Fell below expectations, average food for above average prices.Wouldn't substitute tea for another drink even after offering the difference as part of a meal deal, simply told it only comes with tea. Flexibility of service wouldn't go a miss.

Really delicious. Food served hot and fresh. The curry sauce was the nicest I have had in a long while. Friendly staff.

Normally we have takeaway fish and chips and eat on the front but as it was bitterly cold we decided to eat in. A bit more expensive but well worth it. Chips are done exactly how I like them and fish not to greasy plus we had mushy peas. All in all a lovely treat for ourselves.

Just lovely. We ate twice in the restaurant. It's very popular so you may want to book.Delicious fish. Just behind the prom.This is a must if you're in Morecambe.Take out & eat in.

First time here and after driving from near Barrow we were ready for good food. We certainly weren't disappointed. We had Cod chips and curry sauce.Although the curry sauce was good the fish and chip stood on there own.I would say the best fish and chips I've had for a long time.We'll be back.ThanksPete and Joy.Joy was in a wheelchair but the small step wasn't a major problem but maybe for some with disabilities it could be.

Good clean kitchens. The chips were very nice , portions could be better but overall a good meal. The only issue is there is no parking facilities

Super service freshly cooked great price and fabulous fish and chips Name of potato used and origin Name of boat fish came off. Great attention to detail from the start to the finished product will definitely recommend

Cannot deny the standard, taste and overall quality, probably the best fish and chips we've ever had. However, wasn't offered a minced pie that was advertised and no haddock on the menu. I think the prices were a little high too, but we still enjoyed the fish and chips, sad to not give 5 🌟 for the reasons above.

Initially planned to grab some takeaway, but decided to eat in instead. Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly. And the fish and chips were the some of the best I've ever eaten. Chips were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside without a hint of grease, fish was moist and just melted in the mouth. Cannot recommend highly enough.
