Callum and Craig made my experience 5*.Amazing service was very quick and friendly!They asked us about allergies which was very caring.Very patient with us too as we had a larger table.Amazing food too but service was top tier!

Been coming for years and it's been great, Attended today. Food was not fit for consumption.Pouring out with grease, Covered in far too much oil. We could not eat anything.We still got charged full price even though we couldn't even eat any.Will never ever again return. Such a shame ......

Would highly recommend the queen margherita, was absolutely delicious. Decoration inside is gorgeous but the real highlight were our absolutely lovely servers Chris and Lisa: made our evening so pleasant by being friendly, chatty, and funny!

Good food but service poor. Waited half amn hour for a pizza to eat in only to be told it was on hold with the one I ordered to take away when I arrived. Even that was 10 minutes late having ordered it over an hour before that. The place was half empty so no excuse for the long delay. Not great.

Had a lovely meal at Bella Italia for my friends birthday. The food was great but the service was outstanding. They were so busy that there was an almost constant queue at the door but the service continued to be unobtrusive and friendly. They decorated the table beautifully because I'd mentioned it was a friends birthday when I'd booked which was a lovely touch

We waited a very long time to be served. The starters we had were good but our mains were disappointing - I had the vegan carbonara which tasted awful & the sauce had somehow scrambled. My bf had a pasta dish which had bacon in it & he said the bacon was far too thick & chewy. We also had desserts - I ordered the vanilla cheesecake which was the only cheesecake on the menu & received a chocolate one, which I was fine with but not what I asked for & not ideal if someone who doesn’t like chocolate ordered it.

The waiting time in this restaurant to be served was rather long. However, once we were served the food was good, you could tell that everything was made fresh. This place has all types of authentic Italian dishes. Considering everything, it’s a good restaurant to grab lunch or perhaps a nice dinner.

The staff were all super hot on allergies and made adaptions to the menu to accommodate. I had the two courses menu for £12.99 and chose a sausage and chicken pizza with vegan cheese which was absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. I then had the vegan cookie dough with sorbet instead of ice-cream which was huge and even though I thought I'd never finish it, it was so good I polished it off in no time. I can't wait to visit again and explore the rest of the menu.

Staff was friendly and polite, but portions are on a smaller size with bigger prices for simple Italian food. So called Grande portion for children was still Small (Piccolo). There was two mistakes in our simple order. Toilets are dated and not very clean, so overall experience was just OK and not as good as we were expecting.

Islington Branch - London.Booked a slot, arrived on time and seated.Although it was a busy evening, service was good, staff polite and attentive.Now the food...very tasty, good portions and staff helpful to adapt dishes veggie style etc.A place you can take your family, friends and couples.Enjoyed the experience...Food n all !!( Islington Branch - London)
