One of the few places offering shopping trollies without putting either a pound or a token. Staff are always helpful with quick service.

I don't have a Booths where i live but I wish I did! bit pricey hut worth it. fantastic frozen ready meals, gorgeous bread and the garden plants are all healthy!

Visiting Lancaster from Quernmore on holiday. Felt like a Waitrose store. Found everything we needed. Rapid charge EV in car park.

Staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful, helped me find what I was looking for and when I called in advance they put things aside for me. Good selection of products, more on the expensive side but the quality, of both what's on offer and the service, more than makes up for it.

Such a nice man on the door at this branch. I asked him about bag recycling and he said he would take it into the shop for me where he would put it into the recycling bin. He then offered to help me, walked me to my car and then insisted on taking the three bag fulls i had himself. His manner was polite, friendly and helpful.

They have nice and good quality items like any other Booths stores. But I don’t want to feel like coming back and shop here again because they don’t provide toilets for customers like other stores.

🙂 Really like this store. Can always find several delicious bits & bobs not found so easily elsewhere in Lancaster. The range of locally produced products is pretty good too compared to the many nearby larger chain supermarkets. The meat & cheese counters offer a good, quality selection of items. The staff are generally very polite & friendly, often getting to know their regular customers quite well. There’s a decent car park available, and for those without private transport, there's a bus stop directly outside the store which is served by a reliable and frequent bus service.😞 Pricey for the larger ‘big shop’ of everyday items. I tend to buy these in bulk elsewhere. If prices were lower on these items, I’d buy in Booths. Fresh bread/bakery section poorer in quality than other nearby larger stores (inc larger Booths stores). And a biggie for me, no cafe or wc.Thanks for your valued local presence, Booths, but please reconsider your decision not to go ahead with the building of that much anticipated larger store at this end of Lancaster.
