Lovely meal at this Brewers Fayre. The sweet potato curry was very very tasty. My husband had the mixed grill and it was cooked very well, there was so much of it he couldn't eat it all.The staff couldn't of looked after us any better. 5 stars all the way.

Soft play is filthy. Literally the worst I've ever seen. Piles of dust around the frame, food and rubbish lying everywhere. Children were climbing on the outside of the frame to really high heights and staff did nothing. I also didnt see any staff atrempt to clean or tidy anything. All the play machines are broken. Never again.

Fairly average , functional and expensive for what it is.£11.50 for a standard piece of fish and a dozen chips isn't good value in my opinion.Service is friendly if a bit inexperienced.Good for kids with it's soft play but not a lot else .Clean which is something.

Great staff and that all I can say really the food was below average and hygiene was a issue wouldn’t recommend to everyone

This was our first visit, we thought we would give it ago as it has the inside play area for the little ones. Staff stood behind the bar looking like they wished they were anywhere but here, includes I'm guessing the manager as he was the only one with out a staff uniform. We sat out in the kids play area, which at first look, looked clean. Staff member was helpful in getting highchair and menus, but then went back to leaning/lounging across the bar while writing in a book and playing on her phone. Our meals come out, they looked nice, until I cut into my burger 🍔. The beef smelt old like it had been sitting in old blood. And didn't taste much better. My husband took our little to the bathroom and said it was so dirty your shoes stuck to the floor and our little one refused to even go in. He had a look around the other parts of the restaurant and commented that had he done this first we would have not stayed. The floor in kids play area was so dirty that it looked like no one had vacuum it in months. In fairness the floor in meal area was clean.I was disappointed not just because the food was so old and bad, and the establishment over all so dirty, but because I was looking forward to have somewhere where I could bring my little one to play while I had a coffee in the future as it was only £3.50 for 90 minutes for play and their was an offer of endless tea or coffee refills for under £3.But due to our experience, no endless refills can entices me to come back either for a meal or even for the play area.Such a shame.

Lovely dinner today and the kids enjoyed the soft play. Had the soup which came with some nice bloomer bread. I do like the fact all meals have an estimated calorie intake per meal. When your trying to diet it is really helpful yo track your food

Food expensive for the quality (like frozen food) and portion size. You can get much better quality in Lancaster for the same price. You also have to pay for the soft play centre even if you are having a meal and drinks. Overall very bad value. My son was also very sick (vomiting and diarrhoea) in the night which was either from the food or from the soft play centre. Won't be visiting again.

Involved in an accident in the M6 and was dropped off here. The staff are amazing, made sure I am warm with a coffee, so compassionate. Makes you realise there are many great folks in this world, Thank you

After entering the building I was escort to a table almost straight away and given a choice that suited the family. I must say it was extremely busy and the staff were doing an excellent job at keeping up with refreshing the the food counter. We asked for items not on the standard buffet which they had no problem with arranging. Must say the staff were very pleasant and always smiling and couldn't do enough to help I would definitely be going back for the breakfast and maybe try the evening menu.

Poor food quality for the evening meal. Should have remembered. The breakfasts are the best thing for brewers fayre. Luckily I used a voucher so the experience did.not cost me much. Staff were pleasant though.
