Don’t bother paying for the marked up ‘Korean menu’ it’s just the normal kebab shop fried chicken with regular sauces on top. Nothing about this place has changed except the branding, it is still Chesters.No card machine so I had to bank transfer the owner. Never going back.

Went yesterday to treat my friends to take away, after collecting order friend drove to somewhere to eat. I ate my chicken burger on the way, was really dry,chewy and Luke warm to be honest. When we got to where we were gonna sit and eat we discovered my friends 2 piece of chicken and my popcorn chicken were both missing, also my friends fries were stone cold. Tried to call the listed number twice and got no answer. Didn’t bother driving back, instead just shared the food we had.Not overly impressed

This place is a joke. Really bad customer service. Food quality is ok but it was better years back! Received only half of our order at first. Driver derivered more after we called. But still one thing was missing! Will never order again!

Did mess up my order, but they were nice about it and the chicken was so delicious I didn't mind. Very juicy and very crispy.

I’ve been waiting 1 hour 45 mins and my delivery still isn’t here! What a joke and when you call they’re just not bothered. I’ll let you know when it finally arrives but it hadn’t even left the shop after 1 hour 45 mins of waiting

I thought I would give these guys another chance after months of staying away , big mistake.Last time I was ill from eating cheaters, so i stayed away and ended up trting them again and they have just given me uncooked chicken in my burger.Absolute disgrace and they need shutting down for good. They clearly don't care for peoples health.If you feel like risking it fair enough but just don't do it if you have kids

Absolutely appauling! Rang up after my food arrived cold and missing items. Reply was the driver said it wasn't. And he packed my order himself so he knows everything was there! Erm excuse me I Am not a liar and why would I waste my time. I'd be eating it after waiting over an hour! AVOID !!! no refund no apology I'm basically a liar 😣

I’ve only given one start as had to to be able to write a review we ordered from them over a week ago food came stone cold chips wasn’t cooked so rang up to complain the manger was meant to give us a free order which he did I had to pay for delivery yet again the food was cold after it took over an hour and a half to be delivered he informed me that the delivery drivers that night was drunk so he sacked them. Over a week been trying to get the free order every time he reply’s we don’t have a driver very poor customer service skills and poor food bring the old owners back

ordered food at 18:40 to be delivered at 20:00 and the food did not come! Got a call at 20:54 asking if i still want the food?! Not the first time they done it to me. Disgusting service this business needs to be shut down! These guys couldn't even run a bath nevermind a business. Will not be ordering again.

Great price and service! Used to buy the chicken & fries package pretty often.. when I think about it, that's the only thing that I've ever bought. But hey, the staffs were hospitable.
