Costa Coffee in Lancaster

This was a fabulous coffee shop to sit in at, where the options are presented strongly on electronic screens! I was served by the friendly staff in due time, who gave me a piping hot Caramel Latte. The seating was comfortable at a decent-sized table and it also had convenience, providing views of Lancaster city. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the shop, but I don't see the need for covid screens in usage still.

Don't bother using there click and collect app! They have a store about 200 yards between each other and the app map would have you believe it's half a mile away at least from the Destination, plus won't tell you which store.

Needs a thorough clean! Friendly service!

Great service. Very prompt and nice coffee as always. Wish the cakes weren't so expensive now they are smaller in size!

A standard Costa coffee shop in the centre of Lancaster. Your typical range of drinks & food available. Lost a * because a recent TV programme showed Costa coffee as having the least amount of caffeine.

With each Costa Coffee being pretty much the same, this one was no different. Staff obviously change from place to place and they often make the big difference. On this occasion they were very polite, helpful and smiled!

Great and convenient place for a coffee shop. They have great drinks. My favourite is the salted caramel frostino.

Coffee is okay, cappuccino had to be remade as it was just foam and tasted of milk. Second cappuccino was far too hot but drinkable.Used to be a place we'd visit frequently but there's better choices in Lancaster. Like Brew or Journey Social, or Esquires who serve better coffee.

Had a little pit stop in Costa. Well needed in between all the shopping. The store is in a great location, easily accessible and the staff were lovely. Would definitely visit again.
