Clean, modern and functional bright rooms in city centre location

We just stayed hear again well located in City centre, clean, warm, good size room! Self check in works great! And Dale the manager dose a great job! running this property! We will be back thank you.

Lovely clean room , only complaint would be the room was very hot couldn't open windows no air conditioning or fan it was very uncomfortable.

Room was lovely and clean, very spacious and staff were more than accommodating and let us have a later check out. We will definately be staying again

Lovely large room, I always think it's a bonus if there's an iron and ironing board sad I know, there was also a fan for the summer months. Downside we found 4 long black hairs on the bed and the bathroom although a good size didn't seem to have had the same attention paid to the finish as the bedroom.

We stayed for one night on the 28th July. Checked in early as room was ready. Room was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Great night's sleep. Easy check out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The room was clean and it's a good location. They did cancel mine and several other friends rooms for no apparent reason though, just a few days before - which required a number of calls. There doesn't seem to be anyone at the venue to speak to about anything, or available to answer calls.

Nice room but man hole cover outside rocked every time a vehicle went over, not hotels fault but annoying all the same. Breakfast was great and very friendly staff

The hotel cancelled my booking on the evening of checking in without even bothering to let me know. I had booked this hotel three months in advance because there was a conference at Lancaster University which I was going to attend. Today when we arrived to check in at the hotel at seven pm, we found the hotel door closed with a notice saying no vacancies and no one in sight. The hotel's preferred check in time is from two pm to ten thirty pm. After calling their number, and reaching the voicemail for the first time, finally someone picked the phone up and told the reservation was cancelled. I checked my app to see that it still showed my reservation is confirmed. Called the customer service to find out that, on the contrary, the hotel has overbooked and has cancelled the reservation. The hotel did not even have the courtesy to give me a call or send me an email to let me know. Nearby hotels were also fully booked. The representative said the only vacancy was in a hotel five kms away. Thankfully we found a hotel, a few blocks away, which had vacancy and managed to get a roof for the night.

Very good location, spacious room, good working heating, nice bathroom. Just be aware, there is not much parking space behind the building. Very pleased with staff and all attention we've got.
