Dog and Partridge in Lancaster

Visited on Monday last week and was our first visit definitely not our last. Food was piping hot and amazing value, pub was clean and in date, staff (the 2 girls on i think were twins??) absolutely exceptional service from them both, and what amazing communication. We had to change our order snd this was quickly sorted and not an issue at all.Really really really impressed and cant wait to come back!!!Thank you girls

Each time I come to the dog & partridge my expectations are always met & exceeded, the pub itself is always clean, the staff are friendly & the food is always cooked to perfection. I visited on the 26/03/2022 with my parents & ordered with Aimee who was very bubbly & handled a complicated order with ease, courtney was so lovely checking in on how our food was & when leaving Samantha made sure everything was okay with our food etc. Will happily recommend this amazing pub & always enjoy returning

Can't complain for 7.99 for a Sunday dinner. I had a slight issue with my meal and the staff and chef sorted it out within minutes. Good portion size. For £8 each its alright.

My first visit to dog and partridge,I met friends for a catch up.we had lunch there and it was pretty busy. The food took a while but we didn't mind as we were chatting .when it arrived it was lovely and hot ,the service was good,friendly staff. I felt for the girl behind the bar as a woman complained she had been waiting ages for food and wanted to cancel it. The barmaid was very polite and gave her a refund. I was surprised she was the only member of staff behind the bar,she could've done with some help. It was a Thursday lunch time we visited a few weeks ago. Best fish chips and mushy peas I've had in a long time . Very clean and tidy .my only gripe was that there was only 1 young lady behind the bar at a very busy time . I will go again. The food was amazing 👏 😋

Normal setting for a Green King pub.Too many TVs on same sport channel for my liking 🤷.Food was standard menu options.Service poor. Very slow and didn't bring correct drink choice, but did rectify

My first time for food today. It was first class. Excellent food. Great menu. Polite and friendly service. Everything perfect we will certainly be going every week from now on.

Excellent pub!!! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t book a table but Courtney went out of her way to get us seated! We ordered through the app and our drinks were delivered over sharpish. We also ordered food through the app and a young girl came over to give us a heads up there was about a 30 minute wait which with how busy it was, we expected. Our food was delivered after 25 minutes after ordering and was delicious and piping hot throughout! All in all an excellent experience staff have exceptional customer service especially Courtney and will defo recommend

We arrived on Wednesday evening to watch the man United game having seen it advertised on social media. When we came in it was very busy and Courtney asked if we had booked, which we hadn’t, she went and found us a table and seated us down and explained how to order. We ordered at the bar we ordered 2 signature burgers that came piping hot and in good timing. The drinks were served at an impeccable standard and service all round was excellent. We will definitely be back and will 100% recommend!

We came to the dog and partridge for some tea it was busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table. When ordering food we were told that there was a wait on food which we expected due to how busy it was. We didn’t wait long really considering so was extremely happy with that. The food was delicious extremely tasty and very filling. The prices were amazing for the size portion you got. All the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will be returning thank you.
