Domino's Pizza in Lancaster

great pizza, little expensive, but worth the money

Unfortunately not a good experience. We ordered a large pizza, expecting to get the offer that applied to all large pizzas to be automatically applied - instead they charged full price for the pizza. When we pointed this out, the team member acted very annoyed at us, sighing and asking if we needed her to change it.They weren't able to change it so we charged for the full amount. They did give us an extra pizza for free, but this wasn't actually wanted so a bit frustrating that they couldn't process the refund and charge the correct amount.I wonder how many of their customers didn't notice the overcharge...

I ordered chicken wings with fries and got two fries. Customer service isn’t that good.

AWFUL for delivery! Never ordering again! Most of them can't speak english, and they mess up deliveries constantly. Also tracking page is not updated as it should be. STAY AWAY!

Nachos were cold, congealed is not nice! Pizza was average but also cold

Order time took really long but the pizza was good.

Ordered 2 pizza’s. Never arrived but said it was delivered. Just lost 30 pounds cheers

Staff are helpful and friendly. The delivery was on time and mostly importantly, still very very hot. Great pizza place!

Ordered a pizza for myself and my girlfriend, ordered it at 5:45 when I ordered the pizzas, we waited till 6:20 after being told it should arrive 26 minutes after order. It got to 6:50 no sign or phone call waited on road in front of my house and rang them, they said it would arrive in the next 5 minutes was stood out there for 25 minutes still nothing, after calling for a second time was accused of giving wrong information. What should have been a 9 minute drive turned into nearly 2 hours of waiting. On final arrival of food drive arrogant and rude towards me. After reading your reviews pretty much all of them bad and still not doing anything about it, think it's about time to get your act together or get better staff =)

First time ordering from Domino's Pizza, In Lancaster. I must admit to being one of the best pizzas I've had and will most assuredly will be placing another order very soon. The web site was easy to use to design your own pizza the prices were reasonable especially when any discount is applied. The food was great and arrived fast and hot..Definitely book marking this site in my favourite for quick access in future. Thanks for the great service and food..
