Awful dont waste your money here. Nearly £40 of food that came cold and burnt. Missing item and still sat waiting over an hour for it not to be here. Poor customer service. If I sent food like that out from my business I'd close myself down.

I feel disrespected and undermined because of the low quality of service. I am upset, angry and bewildered. Not to go into too much detail, but i was assaulted outside by a young man named Grayham. This isn't strictly Flames fault, however i would like them to take responsibility and be held accountable for my battle scars.

WORST RESTAURANT AND CUSTOMER SEEVICE! No ever order from here. I ordered and got it an your late and not just that, my chicken was burnt and chips was soggy. I ordered a Diet Coke and got a normal coke. Delivery service is so terrible and very rude! I regret buying from here. NEVER AGAIN. I must get a refund

Don’t waste your money! After waiting 2 hours for delivery the food arrived freezing cold after numerous calls I was told it’s on its way 2 minutes away when asking to cancel and a refund they just put the phone down terrible service.And there were items missing when it did arrive.We will not be wasting our money and time here again.

Got from them a lot had a few issues but nothing big this time it takes the cake. Ordered from them on there own website the orser was taken along with the money. So far they are almost an hour late and i can't contact them because they have closed

Guys, please do not ever buy from this restaurant, the food is awful and disgusting. imagine I ordered a chicken burger with salad, and in there was nothing in the whole burger, only the meat. Also chips are disqusting and not good at all.

Very bad experience my large spicy pizza was missing from the items I ordered and the restaurant landline was constantly busy so no response at all they took the money via just eat app but did not deliver the complete order very unprofessional.I will not order again and recommend everyone not to do so either

Absolute wronguns. I used to buy food here now and again but not anymore. The delivery drivers drive through 20 zones at 60mph aggressively trying to intimidate other road users. The owner is no better proper arrogant t***. The foods pretty mediocre aswel to be honest and they've only got a hygiene rating of 2.

Just don’t order, order was 2 hours late, got delivered ice cream that was mouldy, burger was cold. Just don’t consider.
