We went there yesterday, my neighbour and myself, so disappointed in the whole experience. Surly man serving, very expensive bland food, and unfriendly atmosphere, we’ve been once but never again.

·

A good location for lunch when passing. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Had an open Brie sandwich which was excellent.

Found this place purely just passing, but what a great find. Just a fantastic little farm shop with a gift shop upstairs selling lovely items, different from the usual and great prices. Then we spotted their cafe, what a surprise that was... wonderful home cooked food and a really good menu with such a choice it was hard to know what to choose, plus a specials board with a good variety on there too. Just fabulous food, fabulous prices and lovely staff....we've bookmarked it as a favourite.

Fantastic food great service. We had a meal here but had to sit outside cos we had a dog. Luckily it was warm enough.

Cycled past the entrance road many times but never called in.Have now been twice and it's such a nice quiet spot. Plenty of room inside or out.Have only had coffee & cake but excellent both times. Obviously can't comment on the other meals they offer.

Lovely...quick service...gorgeous food

Fantastic cafe, well spaced out and clean. Excellent food (cheese and onion pie). Didn't have room for dessert but brought an individual coffee cake home for later. My only reason for the 4 stars is that the car park is extremely tight. The cafe wasn't full but we had still managed to get blocked in and had to do a very tricky manoeuvre to get out x

Amazing place. Passed it several times never been in. Their chocolate mousse cake is delicious and to die for. My friend had the gluten free almond and orange cake, slightly warmed, which was lovely. All home made stuff. Lovely staff. Very clean. Good decaf coffee too, and a plum and quince tea. Also a farm shop on site and plenty of parking. Fine for a wheelchair. Did I say the chocolate mousse cake was good???

What a great cafe. Good tea and great scone. It is obviously well run and it's spacious, modern and very clean. Loved it there and keen to go again

A generic farm shop and cafe in a very pleasant setting. Didn’t visit the farm shop but the cafe has a basic menu but with a bizarre pricing structure: All day breakfast including coffee and toast £9. Small breakfast plus coffee £9. No toast. Weird - a bit of a scam against those with a smaller appetite, if you ask me. Plus whilst eating my very acceptable breakfast on the terrace I was quietly pestered by the farm dog for food from the table. All right as an en route stop off on the A65. Not worth a special visit.
