we went for my godson's treat, he loved the brownie waffle and bubblegum and sour skittle smoothie, he was a very happy young man, the staff were friendly too.

Kapas is having a rapid downfall. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and it had no flavour at only tasted of crushed up ice and when i complained at the till they said they use natural ingredients, however, last time i ordered the same smoothie it had much more sweetness and flavour. do better kaspas.

Puddings where amazing. Shame about the staff. The guy who took us to our table threw the menus down didnt even speak to us, then when I went to the counter to order another guy was texting on his phone looked at me then carried on texting. One of the girls was super busy and seemed to be doing everything. Think kaspa's would do well on some serious customer staff training.

kaspas is quite a nice place to dine when you want to eat something sweet, however, after some random people’s complaints about how much sweetness is going into kaspa’s food, i am guessing they have ditched the idea of chocolate and sugar as i have not received high quality sweet treats. Kaspa’s is supposed to a be a desserts place, not a salad bar, so I would like to see kaspa’s bring back their old ways and actually put sweetness in their food. Kaspa’s overall is a very good place with yummy food. I hope to see some changes in the future.

Abysmal! When ordering, you're asked "would you like (this item) with your food? How about (this item)?" But they fail to mention that these items cost extra - I cost nearly the price of a can of whipped cream to get a little squirt on top of the hot chocolate, likewise, it cost half the price of a bag of mini marshmallows to get a few thrown on top of the cream, which were STALE! When the hot chocolate finally arrived, there was only half a cup there! While on the topic of the hot drinks..Service was extremely slow, it literally took them 10 minutes to make a hot drink, we ordered 3 which were made separately, totalling 30 minutes to get 2 coffees and a hot chocolate! In regards to the food, both myself any my friend was going to order a Kinder Bueno Waffle, we both saw the Reece's Waffle on the advert and opted for that instead.. This was a mistake, the waffle was bloody horrid! You couldn't taste the chocolate over the peanut flavour (peanut flavour, not peanut butter! It did NOT taste like Reece's), on top of which, none of the waffle flavour came through either, it did have a hint of "baked goods" flavour, but if I blind tasted it, I wouldn't have been able to distinguish between this and a cheap peanut butter sandwich. My partner had a chocolate fudge cake which she said she enjoyed, with that said, she did have COVID last year and still can't taste properly.. I tried her cake, reluctantly, when she asked me to.. to me, it tasted like it had actual dirt in it..The prices are also extortionate!Would NOT recommend!

Toilets could do with a complete refit never mind cleaning!Menus could do with a wipe down, very sticky!Nice waffle though and great for the kids!

Great selection of desserts. The place has a lovely ambience to it, a great place to grab something to eat if you have a sweet tooth. It is also a nice plane to go on a date. However, customer service could be improved but other than that it’s a lovely place.

In my opinion, Kaspa's is not the kind of place you go to when you want to have a gastronomic dessert. No. For me Kaspa's is the kind of place you go to when you are craving for sugar, when your kids have been bothering you so much that you so not care about their sugar intake anymore.Kaspa's is both the paradigm and the paradox of a society where our health is a priority as much as our free will to impair it.Is Kaspa's bad? No. But is it good? Not so much.To me, it's the best way to get tired of chocolate, ice cream, crêpes (and btw I am French) and all the normal desserts they totally overdo thanks to us - a society of constant excess.PS : the service is nice.PPS : pretty smart move they have two adresses on Google maps, but don't worry I'll go post the exact same thing on the other one.
