KFC in Lancaster

Been here a few times now and every time it’s the same thing. If you order inside you end up waiting for hours to even have your order taken by one of the many staff busy doing nothing, you can’t order at the self service as they are rarely working and if they are, good luck getting a receipt. Then when your order finally gets to you, it’s either missing something or cold. Never seen a kfc run so poorly in all my life, any other kfc I’ve been too welcome you, take your order and have it ready in less than 5 minutes.It all comes down to extremely poor management and staff that can’t do their jobs properly which yet again is managements fault for lack of training and overall poor customer service

The most disgusting take away I have ever been in. Multiple tables with litter on. Litter and left over food on tables and floors. The bins were overflowing and litter left on their top. Very few staff working and the wait was about 30 minutes. I wasnt bothered about waiting but the hygiene was repulsive. How this gets 5 star hygiene rating amazes me. There are much better managed take aways. For a huge company to not have an audit system to ensure that this does not continue is not acceptable. If I worked for Lancaster Council I would close it down it was that disgusting. No wonder nobody was eating in the shop. Top finalise the food was very greasy and I had to ask for a complete order as 1 item was missing. Report sent to Lancaster Council for them to act on.

This was a solid restaurant to eat in at, backed by strong lights alongside images and messages on frames! It was comfortable to sit on the leather that is accompanied by a table, after ordering on the machine then waiting at the counter, which displays the options clearly and has facilities like the napkins I picked up. My Zinger Burger, chips and Robinson's drink were all delicious, which I ate in a clean area before discarding my waste in an appropriately sized bin! The staff could have sorted out this restaurant better though since the machine did not print order receipts and they were careless bagging my drink, causing it to spill on some of the food.

Can't give this place a 5 star rating. Spoiler alert, I work part time here, and it'd probably be biased. Nevertheless, it has some really great staff working in there. I can guarantee you of the cleanliness we maintain. The menu is the usual KFC menu and food is as it'd be anywhere in the UK.

It was difficult to know if I needed to pay to park outside, ended up paying just to avoid a problem, but I think it might be free at night.Most seating was cordoned off, the rest was mostly full of truck drivers and discarded used packaging. Service was slow, surfaces were overdue a wipe. The food was disappointingly cool and rubbery aftersuch a wait.

Fast food! Had to wait over 30 minutes for our order to be provided. When we did get it the chips were cold from sitting in the bag while the rest of the order was randomly selected (incorrectly as I turned out).Used to be my favourite fast food restaurant among the big names, but unfortunately no longer.

Awful! I waited over 30 mins on my break after placing more order. Watched everyone else get served until I had enough and demanded my money back to which the kid behind the counter said "we can do it now if you want?" You should have done it ages ago love! Just give me my cash back. Grim place. Avoid 100000%

Food is tasty - comes out reasonably warm,, and the eating space isn’t too small/cramped. A slight annoyance is that it takes quite a while to get food. I think this is because they are focusing on preparing food for online orders on deliveroo, just eat; etc.So not the best KFC, but I would still go there again.

Ordered on the app, including sundaes. On arrival, informed branch doesn't do sundaes and offered cookies instead.later I noticed the cookies we got were cheaper than the sundaes. I would have expected more, not less, for their error and my and grandkids disappointment.

Shocking service tonight!Almost a hour from order to getting the food. Then to be told they didn't have what I'd ordered and paid for.The alternative was corn that in my opinion was not fit to eat ,well overcooked and cold.chips were cold and such a small amount I counted 11 chips.The place seems to be only interested in serving the delivery guys.Be a long time if ever before I go again.
