Marios Kebab House in Lancaster

Ordered 2 pizzas through morecambe eats and paid by card. These pizzas never arrived. When i rang the resturant to explain the issue a polite girl on the phone passed msgs bk and forth to her boss/manager who flat out fused to refund or deal with the issue. I even pointed out i have cctv and could prove nothing was delivered. Was still flat out refused a refund. Even though the delivery was only £12 its about the principle, very poor customer service. My group of friends have order from marios frequently but will no longer be doing so

Thieves!!Order £12 worth of food on Sat night from here. The app messaged me to say its delivered. Tried to call them, no answer. Googled them, they're closed. Went onto the app which gave me an email address, emailed all the above.No reply so I called Mario's today to ask if the refund is being processed. They gave me a number to call. When the man answered he was lovely, explained he runs the app and will contact Mario's to process the refund.30mins later a message advising Mario's refused to refund and to call them if I want to discuss this.On the phone to a lovely lady who spoke to her boss advising him that we want to know why we can't be refunded. He said they have to be contacted within 24hrs for a refund. I explained we tried calling and they were closed at the time the food was supposedly delivered, we sent an email as the app tells us to do so. The girl says he still says no, so again I ask why. A long time later she advises he just spoke woth the driver who knows he definitely delivered it. I told them I can nip into the shop now and show them the app messages saying its delivered, record of me trying to call the shop and cctv footage to show no one was at my door. The girl repeated this then apologise and said he still says no. I asked her to tell him the order was as small as £12 and that for a £12 refund he is refusing will cause me to write a bad review everywhere I can. The girl apologised again saying he still says no.

Donner Kebab on naan & portion chips. Meat cold, chips soggy, small nann. Not worth the money wouldn't go back.

I had some bad takeaways before but this has got to be the worse. I ordered at 6.30pm and was told it would be due around 7.15pm and also received an email stating this came to 7.30 still nothing. Rang them up didn't even ask me my name or address just said it was on the way so must of been the only person ordering to no this. Waiting and waiting finally turned up at 8pm. The woman gave me the food and walked of muttered bye that was it with a right face on her. And then the food was cold. Most the chips wasn't even cooked and they also put chilli or some sort of red thing on the doner then covered it with what looked like a whole bottle of mayo to try cover it up. I will never order again and I will make sure no one I no ever orders again. Bad enough waiting so long but maybe if the food was hot and cooked would of made it OK but no apology nothing and food like that is disgusting

It's good takeaway food... nothing to sing and shout about but does the job

Absolute amazing been gping there alot lately, Fills you up aswell and food lovely, friendly staff and helps you, also has a laugh with you.

Waited 2 hours after being told 40 mins! Cancelled order after children falling asleep and was told I'd get a refund 15 days in still no refund rang shop the coward owner wouldn't come to the phone and told the poor girl to tell me I had in fact received my order as he delivered it. Avoid at all costs I've rang 4 times for refund.... not the money it's now the principal ! I'll be reporting them to trading standards if I don't receive my money by Monday.

Order kerbarbs 4 of them. They were so greasy that it was running down my arms and then dripping onto my hoodie. Food was ok just couldn’t taste much as grease being the only taste. Delivery was great and nice delivery guy.

Placed order 6.55pm 2 + hours and still no delivery. 8pm advised it was on the way, arrived 9.15 pm cold. Delivery driver said he left 15 mins ago. Got phone call from Mario's to be told he only got the order 15 mins prior to delivery. 3rd time this has happened. Will not be ordering from Mario's again. Pity because pizzas are good. AVOID!!!!

For over 30 years, this has remained our favourite chippy, as the fish were amazing and you always got a really good portion of chips.Recently though the staff have all changed, it has gone downhill, the portion of chips is about a third of what you used to get, and the fish was disappointing as batter was so thin that the fish inside was chewy. We will definitely be trying elsewhere next time.
