McDonald's in Lancaster

Nice big building, clean, but the staff are rude. I said "Thank you, much appreciated!" to the guy who brought my food to the table and he practically dropped the tray on the table and walked off.

Whenever we go here it's generally quite messy. Food on the floor with little cleaning getting done. I wouldn't go but my kids wanted a happy meal. The car park is bad too as the drive in queue stops you getting to the car parking spaces.

Good place. Just toilets condition is worse than unacceptable. Apart from that, staff are nice and good service. Very close to motorway so as good as any services.

Uncooked bacon, not toasted buns, unfriendly staff, lack of toilet paper and hand tissues and very long wait even though we were the only customers. I stopped there on my way to Carlisle, never again. McDonald's please train your staff as this place is short of embarrassment. I'm not surprised now that we were the only customers there.

Staff are super super rude on the drive thru! Never have I had someone so blazay and incompetent take my order, she was moody effortless/confrontational and very unhelpful!! The food was just thrown into the bag and was a complete mess (also cold) ! They never have milkshakes or cheese bites, it’s ridiculous. I can say this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been too after today. NEVER AGAIN

The food is always warm if not boiling hot. Never seen any trouble it's easy to park and drive through is excellent. However up stairs and downstairs need a deep clean. It's not the tables or the chairs but there are always bits of food on the floor. Do better McDonald's please.

Good in terms of getting the order right. Poor in terms of parking. Not the restaurant’s fault but often get large vehicles parking over 4 or 5 spaces like the click and collect which is annoying. Other than this standard McDonald’s

Worst McDonald experience so far. Just look at the pictures what double quarter pounder looks like...Response was "we cannot replace it because you've touched it already" plus one lady said "it's not my fault and I don't know what to do"

Visited Friday 16th April. Colleague and I waited nearly 25 minutes along with other customers for our order.On checking burger in the car, it was the worst McDonald's burger I've ever had. Wrong size bun which was dry, didn't even cover the size of my cold burger. 4 gherkins but missing other ingredients. Horrible, unfortunately no time to address the issue as I was late due to the time it took. Only good thing was fresh hot fries. .
