Mcdonald's Restaurants in Lancaster

This was a nice restaurant to buy a black coffee from for my buy 5 get 1 free offer and the staff were lovely, listening to me explain to them how my order experienced a brief delay on the app! The designs on the walls and the lights are glorious, the latter of which shined heavily. It was comfortable to sit at the window side table and enjoy a strong coffee, where cleanliness was proper just like the rest of the restaurant.

Nipped in on Saturday 19th March first thing 7.30am with my daughter on way for train, was only place open.It was filthy!Tables had sauce on, empty packaging lying around and seats sticky with spilled juice.Walls had splashes on. Condiments stand looked like it had never seen a clean.Whole place needs a deep clean absolutely disgusting.There was a staff member floating about who could have been on front of house doing the housekeeping but instead stayed behind the counter to chat with her colleague.Hygiene obviously means nothing to Maccy Ds, would have thought it would be top of the list ahead of taking money.

Ordered late at night using the app. Arrived at store and was served by a very helpful and pleasant older gentleman he double checked that my order was correct and made sure I had everything I needed. Great service and the food was very fresh.

Ordered Breakfast Roll, cappuccino and a hash brown. Nothing amazing, but glad I'd ordered ahead on the app the queue to order went to Specsavers!Update February 2022Slow service, wrong order. Meh!

Visited Lancaster Central maccies recently first time at this branch. Wasn't that impressed. Some dirt on our tables and the lad who brought our food just left the order on another table only the people on that table realised the food wasn't for them. Apart from that the burgers tasted fresh. 🍔🍟

At Mcdonalds now and the staff are so lazy. Asked one of the staff for ketchup and she said you have to ask behind the serving station. She then went and stood in the window looking at the snow. 15 minutes later still stood at the window.. Lazy staff..

ordered breakfast the floor was filthy the tables weren't washed or the counter tops I really don't know how they get away with it being so dirty ..every other macdonalds I've visited is clean they need to pull they're fingers out and get cleaning the place

Very busy at the time and food was pretty quick. Chips were not warmest; but everything else was fine

Service was so slow that we did not get our food as we were going to miss our train. Just eat orders however were being prioritised over customers in the restaurant. Very rowdy group who ended up threatening to fight each other left unchecked by security staff. Very unpleasant experience.
