How hard can it be to read the screen, select the items, pop them all in a bag and then hand it the customer. Thick as mince. Try Greggs, you’ll thank me for it.

The food is always warm if not boiling hot. Never seen any trouble it's easy to park and drive through is excellent. However up stairs and downstairs need a deep clean. It's not the tables or the chairs but there are always bits of food on the floor. Do better McDonald's please.

Good in terms of getting the order right. Poor in terms of parking. Not the restaurant’s fault but often get large vehicles parking over 4 or 5 spaces like the click and collect which is annoying. Other than this standard McDonald’s

We stopped off today for some lunch and loo break. I nipped to the downstairs loos and was horrified at the disgusting filthy state they were in. There was feaces and dried urine all over the dirty toilet, no soap in the dispenser a it smelt disgusting. I did not want to eat there after seeing this. I nicely told one of the staff on my way out. She rolled her eyes, didn't offer any apologie and walked back into the restaurant. DO NOT EAT IN HERE. Adele Dean

Maccys food like every other. Couldn't get a receipt from the machines. All the staff stood about behind the counter doing nothing whilst food was going cold! Cleaning staff in the seating area doing a good job to get tables clean between people.

Service very quick for customised order. Food hot and well prepared. General cleanliness of the restaurant was good. Car park a little tight and drive through exit a little precarious when exiting car park.

Truly an awful place, the inside bins where all overflowing, bathroom was smelly. I'm not expecting a 5 star silver service when you stop for a burger and fries but at least a clean and tidy restaurant. Food was average McDonald's affairUpdate: 21/02/2022 much nicer now, clean and tidy

Worst McDonald experience so far. Just look at the pictures what double quarter pounder looks like... Response was "we cannot replace it because you've touched it already" plus one lady said "it's not my fault and I don't know what to do"

Visited Friday 16th April. Colleague and I waited nearly 25 minutes along with other customers for our order.On checking burger in the car, it was the worst McDonald's burger I've ever had. Wrong size bun which was dry, didn't even cover the size of my cold burger. 4 gherkins but missing other ingredients. Horrible, unfortunately no time to address the issue as I was late due to the time it took. Only good thing was fresh hot fries. .
