Pizza Hut in Lancaster

Tasty enough food but way, way overpriced for what it is. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Always great service here! We came straight after school for my sons birthday and they were great with us, helped us with the ordering on the app but processed when tweaks we wanted on the pizza when we couldn't do it on the app. Nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was clean and tidy, few bits missing off the salad bar that are usually there like nachos but everything else was yummy and a great experience

The food, including specifically vegan food, was really tasty and brought relatively quickly. The servers, including particularly Grace, were helpful, proactive, pleasant and nice, and the general atmosphere was perfect for a birthday meal.

Clean and the staff were friendly. Even though you can order on an app at the table they still offered old style incase I struggled food arrived quickly and was piping hot.

Stopped for the buffet at lunchtime, good selection of pizza hot and straight from the oven, enough for everyone to eat as much as you like 😋 came in with few friends and we find out that it is a good day out, value for the money, even for the student budget 👍

Pizza was very good and exactly what you'd expect if youve been to any other branches. The staff were lovely and attentive, ordering was done on our phones which was great. Food arrived very quickly too!

I understand that given current circumstances with Covid that restaurants have to adapt but I feel that offering this as a salad bowl (see picture) replacement to your well loved salad bar is disgraceful!!This is a green salad!!! Some shredded iceberg, carrot and 3 tomatoes!!!!You can do so much better. To say I was shocked at what I received last night was an understatement.I must say though that on a positive note the service was excellent.

Fast service and clean restaurant. The staff seated us and took our order immediately. I had the vegan individual set meal which was cooked fresh, and the vegan cheese actually taste like cheese (both taste and texture). I would come here again.

I had the Gluten free Pizza. Whilst it was nice I had a gluten attack afterwards but my inkling is that it was from the salad bar as they put croutons next too the rest of the salads and children swap and change the tongs about. If they look at this I would go back...but not in till then

Friendly staff, quick service. Table needed a bit of a wipe on arriving but staff quick to do so. The general place needed abit of a wipe down, considering there are 5 staff members no cleaning seems to be getting donw. One disappointment was that the buffet lunch wasn't available even though it's stated that it is served weekdays. Apparently bank holidays are excluded and it says so in the small print. Like the fact the drinks are refillable. Salad bar was all fresh but a little messy. Food arrived in a good time and was all very good, though I thought the pizza bases were very thin so was harder to eat than usual and seemed more greasy.
