Pizza time in Lancaster

Amazing food! Hands down one of the best pizza places in morecambe! Super fast at preparing and the staff are so friendly. Would 100% recommend.

It's a fair place to eat. The sides are all decent, what you'd normally expect from a takeaway in terms of menu options but fairs better than most places in Morecambe. The pizza and garlic breads can be all over the place, it'll either be great or plain awful depending on how busy and the day/time but the prices are reasonable and it's a definite go-to in a pinch

The worst experience with a takeaway I’ve ever had. Food arrived on time, however only 3 out of 4 kebabs arrived and all wrong with a pitta on top of the box when requested naan wraps, no sauce on them and one missing. We rang the takeaway and a young lady answered who was incredibly rude, accusing us of getting the order wrong, telling us to throw the food in the bin if we weren’t satisfied, refusing to send out replacement food. Eventually they agreed to send out 3 NAAN BREADS, not fresh kebabs, and 1 new kebab but they were going to charge us for all of it. She then went on to continuously say they are a professional ‘restaurant’ before eventually hanging up on me. We then rang them back and they send out 3 fresh naans and 1 kebab in naan, over an hour after to e first food arrived so everyone’s was cold and did not charge us. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a takeaway or ‘restaurant’ as they somehow call them selves, regardless of the service would never recommend this takeaway and the only reason they got 1 star was so I could leave this review.

Fantastic take away, never a complaint with the food. Plenty of choice of kebabs pizza and burgers.Always a quick turnaround with food.

Messed up on order. tried sorting out over the phone and they was really rude and hung up! Put I big dampened of the season finale of obi wan kenobi… the force is weak with this takeaway

We ordered a home delivery which should have come with in approx 1 hour..nearly 2hrs later when I telephoned them to ask when we would get our order I was told that they always send a notification stating that order is on its way ,even if that's not the case, before its ready and before its dispatched. I was told that they were busy but I was on its way shortly.Nearly 2 1/2 hrs later the order arrived stone cold. NOT even put in a delivery bag!!We were all very disappointed,both with the service and the food quality.. Customer service not good.

Shocking kebab and cheesey chips. Won't use again dreadful! Garlic mayo just mayo chilli sauce from bottle of sweet chilli. Truely Truely disappointed after a recommendation. 😱

Ordered at 6pm, rang them at 8pm asking why it hadn't been delivered. Told it was out for delivery and would arrive in 5/10 minutes. Rang back at 8:35pm and told it was definitely out for delivery and should arrive soon. 9pm came and it still hadn't arrived, I was told the driver said they'd delivered it hours ago.They offered to make again and send out but it was already too late so I asked for a refund.

26/2/22 ordered Kebab pizzas X2 and a normal Kebab. Sat on the seats inside the shop waiting for my order, over 30 mins expired and numerous orders taken and completed, to then be told my order had been overlooked despite staff looking straight at me, I even had to ask how long it’s going to be, they must thought I was sat in there for a warm. Offered free delivery but wasn’t interested, went over the road to Gizmos who were just as busy (online order of 18 pizzas as I walked in) but order completed in just over 12 minutes. Never using again.

Could only eat half of it. Very little tomato base, mainly cheese and pepperoni on a meat feast - almost boiled meat that was there underneath cheese. Dough not cooked properly and raw in places.Usually good food but very disappointed with this order - wife had very tomato base too.
