Excellent Fish and Chips.Nicely cooked.Good value for money.Nice portion sizes - large/regular fish and large/regular chips available etc. etc.Friendly staffAs with other parts of Lancaster, a very weird traffic junction outside the shop.... (😆😂)

Absolutely banging chippy, £4.50 for a hefty amount of chips and the biggest fishcake I've ever seen in my life and a pot of curry sauce, can't get much better and everything tastes fresh

Amazing fish and chips! Curry sauce was not your normal chip shop curry. Tasted more like Indian curry but it was very tasty. Portion size for a regular was good. I saw the large fish and it was humongous, but it was £7.50 without chips. Definitely recommend this chippy and will certainly be going back.

I placed an order by phone . Parking is quite difficult as it's permit holders only. But it's worth getting dropped off and tasting some of the best fish chips and peas in Lancaster. The fish was melt in the mouth with a lovely crispy dry batter, real peas pudding and the chips were very tasty with a light crunch but fluffy potato inside and not at all greasy. They make their own tasty tartar sauce complimented with a slice of lemon if preferred . The staff were very pleasant and gave lots of choice. The shop was clean and tidy and use of all hygiene measures were adhered to. They even had a tray filled with dog sausages free on the counter for man's best friend. We would highly recommend a visit here and we will be returning again and again. Gail Storey

Stunning cod and chips! Batter was crispy and light and both fish and chips were super fresh. Service with a smile, tartare sauce was 10/10 too. Very happy to see the place back in the hands of some lovely and kind people, will definitely be coming back.

Since reopening I've only been twice but both times been very happy with the quality of the fish (haddock) and chips, really tasty, not greasy, curry sauce good too. Service was very friendly and got a free sausage for the dog's 👍

Fantastic chippy, with excellent gluten free options, including battered fish, sausage, chicken nuggets, veggie nuggets. The homemade tartar sauce was sublime and the chips were incredibly tasty.Could not recommend more.

·

Very impressed with the gluten free fish and chips. Probably the best chippy I've ever had. Will be going back very soon. Thank you for serving gluten free

Fish, chips, mushy peas and curry sauce. Absolutely spot on I couldn't fault a thing! I ordered online and even after a 10 minute walk home they were fresh and crispy, curry sauce was just spicy enough with a great flavour. Best fish and chips I've had in years :)

Lovely fish and chip shop on aldcliffe road. Open between 11:30 - 14:00 and 16:30 - 20:00. They have won many awards including top 10 newcomer in the national fish and chip awards 2017. NFFF fish and chip quality award. This fish and chip shop also has a license to sell alcohol. So you can buy great bottles of wine to go with your food. The food may be slightly more expensive than other fish and chip shops in the town, but the quality of the food is superb. They also sell non traditional food like calamari, Thai fishcake, pizza chips, port of lancaster gourmet sausage. Steamed haddock in lemon and herb marinade, fish finger sandwich as well as gluten free options
