Very attractive and cosy pub with decent Guinness, but toilets were in a bad state and broken glass on floor

Potentially the most authentic beer garden in town that can house many people. Nice inside also although it is a smaller pub. All I'd like to see is a greater selection of draught lager.

Great pub you can have a chat to the staff whilst ordering drinks (as it wasn't too busy when we got there) fab beer garden, live entertainment a bonus too!

Beautiful beer garden, a proper country pub in the middle of town. A real gem!!!!

A friendly, local-style pub in the City centre, it's not been "modernised" and ruined. A notice on the door says that they don't serve food but, if you're having a drink, you can bring in your own from one of the many local food places!They have a fabulous beer garden - of quite a size - up old, worn stone steps at the back. You can really see how great it could be in summer to escape up there.
