Sainsbury's in Lancaster

Far too frequently as I'm checking out or leaving this Sainsburys I notice I've been overcharged. The price on the receipt for an item, and the price on the shelf are often different, the price on the receipt is ALWAYS higher.Strange way to run a store.

It was a very good experience shopping at Sainsbury's. It has all the items in the world foods section which really helps us to never miss our traditional foods. Nectar card also is a very useful rewards card and I use it every time I shop. Please do use nectar card if you really want some rewards which you can redeem in future purchases.

Excellent store with upstairs cafe with elevator. WC. Good choice of women and children's clothing, poor choice for men.In store Argos click and collect30 minutes free parking. City centre location.

The car park, its a scam. Paid well over the £10 limit in store for free parking. No warning of needing a coupon was given by any of the staff that offsets the 1 hour free parking only rule. Signs in the car park where not easily found. Sent an appeal but have been ignored despite evidence of paying over £40 at the shop. I will never shop at a Sainsbury's again and neither will all of my family. Shame on you for partnering with Euro Car Parks who are basically an extortion racket (look at their trust-pilot reviews). Making a quick buck only hurts you long term.

Staff here are always really helpful and there's a great range. I took my rating down to 4 stars though because the aisles are no longer labelled. Even as a person familiar with the store this makes it difficult to know where I'm going. I imagine it's a tactic to make you walk down more aisles and spend more but it just makes me want to shop elsewhere

A large and well stocked branch of Sainsbury's in Lancaster. It seemed a little quiet but can't complain about that.Parking up to two hours is free if you spend over £10 in store.

Plenty of choice, although quite expensive. It's OK advertising you have 500 products matched to aldi, but most of them were irrelevant. My biggest complaint was having to self scan (fortunately my wife was with me and managed to scan the productsif I was on my own I would have left my full basket and walked out.)there were 2 operational checkouts, qued up. My biggest problem was the staff stood around gossiping without a care in world. Get a grip sainsburys.

Staff are great- many items not in stock - shortage of fresh fruit - early morning the isles are crowded with Click and Collect staff - too few checkouts early morning

Good spacious Sainsburys .decent customer service. Nice range of products .Cafe is cheap with a wide range of food and drink. Beautiful view from the window seats. Recommend the bacon roll for breakfast. It's delicious!!

Nice trainers for men.Out of stock for strong disposable gloves. Nice quilted coats.
