Starbucks Lancaster in Lancaster

Called in today and had a Cappuccino. I haven't been for a while and they still serve great drinks and an even wider variety of pastries.

Very busy to many people to feel comfortable,staff found it impossible to keep ace clean.

This Starbucks in Lancaster used to be really good, I've been there many time. I don't know if they have changed there staff or the coffee, but last Monday 6th June I ordered some drinks from my phone from this Starbucks to collect after taking my son for a hospital appointment and was in a rush to catch a bus home and didn't have time to sit in. The drinks we were given were horrible. Only managed 2 sips and had to throw them away .Such a shame, Very disappointed.Probably won't go back sadly

I enjoy coming to Starbucks the staff are really friendly and helpful and their food and drink are delicious

Staff were friendly and helpful the pastries tasty and tea / coffee fine but the whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment, especially with all the new venues opening nearby.

It's a starbuck's so they are pretty much the same. Five star because of cleanliness & the friendly staff.

A nice branch of Starbucks. There's quite a bit of seating downstairs but when I headed off upstairs to use the loo I was stunned to see how much space there is up there too. And with almost library-grade quietness. This is the place to come if you have some serious work to do.

Took my daughter here for some hot chocolate and cake, staff are friendly, the restaurant was clean. It was very busy. Would go back again.

Very slow service due to staff having conversations with freinds that are getting served, and on a few occasions only one person serving customers at the till and making drinks. Expect to be able to have a quiet coffee without delivery drivers , pacing up and down the shop having conversations on phones on loudspeaker. Not the sort of relaxing, coffee drinking atmosphere you want as a long and loyal customer. Shall be taking my daily business elsewhere now. Overall....Poor.

Had coffee and cake for £30.00 which is fine and what you would expect in the normally nice atmosphere in a Gourmet coffee shop, however I couldn't find a clean table, the place was filthy, window sills packed with used cups and plates the sofas ripped and tatty 👎
