Nice and tasty food. Slight issue with incorrect charges at the till but this was soon corrected. Would return again.

Variety of submarine style sandwiches. I got the Veggie Delight. My sister got the BMT. Delicious. Fresh. Decent pricing. The drinks machine doesn't work sometimes but, they have bottled alternatives. Staff are polite.

Here! I say it! All subways around the globe are the same. In terms of maintaining a standard, that's good.

Pretty standard subway, however they do usually have the chilli flakes, dried onions etc unlike other stores locally. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Sadly the card machine never seems to be working, on my last 3 or 4 visits over the past month or so. The machine has been working once and there are no signs on the door to indicate it's cash only, which is frustrating.

I have been to subway in penny street in evening the women who served me was Very rude. I would never visit this place again. I think management given a training to the staff with good customer service. I would not recommend to go to this place to anyone

I absolutely love Clyne Gardens. A long time ago I lived in student accommodation right next door...There's always more to see with changing colours. Worth a visit early morning or late evening, the light levels through dappled leaves are amazing! 5* for a calm walk.NB Clyne Gardens is on a hill, so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility

We just ordered from here through just eat (thankfully we got refunded) and honestly I’ve never had such an awful order. The sub we ordered was wrong in every single aspect. Ordered a spicy Italian, no salad, extra cheese and Mayo, toasted. We got a heavily saladed spicy Italian with little cheese and barely any Mayo. And it wasn’t even toasted! We ordered a chicken salad which had barely any salad (I know) am barely any sauce and Jesus Christ the presentation, looked like it had been mashed up with someone’s hands. It also had the tiniest slice of plant based cheese I’ve ever seen. A single slice. Probably the size of your phone keyboard not even that. Also in the salad we just found some bacon in it. Where the frick did we ask for bacon! This is also extremely dangerous as a lot of people can’t have bacon for religious reasons! As a side we ordered the Doritos hot nachos with our jalapeños.... can you guess what! They put jalapeños.We called the restaurant immediately. Took about 50 attempts to get through but we were fuming. The guy who picked up had zero customer service skilled and spoke with the littlest care in the world. We got a couple of small sorry’s and the excuse ‘we’ve been busy’. I work in a restaurant. When it gets busy, yes mistakes get made but to mistake an order THIS heavily is insane. And that excuse is not on. If a customer complains about their order you do not use that excuse. Rule number one of serving in a restaurant. Only time that excuse fits is when it is busy and that effects the time it takes to make the food. And this by the way should be addressed when they make their order so they are aware in advance.I’m so disgusted by the service today with the careless grunts and sorrys and poor excuses. Sort your messy service out subway!

Great service and made to feel welcome by Andrew, had the Veggie Delight without cheese and toasted. Can honestly recommend this place.
