The Golden Sunrise in Lancaster

Orderd from here and was told for sausage chips and curry sauce was£ 6.50 absolutely shocking nevermind the fact that the curry sauce was absolutely vile and the chips were proper soggy never again and for the price aswell felt like It was daylight robbery🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely slapped, that one geeza who gave one star is now in jail for being a little keyboard warrior don’t listen to him. Spring rolls where banging I think I was in euphoria when tasting the hoisin sauce shout out Eric doung the shop mascot.

As a visitor to Morecombe, I ordered from this place based on reviews. Shocking waiting time, and when the food arrived it was disappointing to say the least. 4 hours after eating half I was violently sick. Not recommended.

Excellent chinese , worth going to the food never disappoints !!! Won't go anywhere else now

Hmmm,food was disgusting.crispy shredden chicken was soft and bland,no crispiness at all...hot n sour soup was bland and had a weired taste..salt n pepper ribs 🙈 OMG... deep fried (wouldnt call em ribs) and then onion thrown on top...all unfinished and binned.......kebab on skewer looks like its seen better days and rubbish on fridge and service hatch...very scruffy.....didnt get service with a smile either..no goodbye or no contact on way out.......will never visit here again..🤮

Ordered from here while on holiday ,I must say it's the best and tasty meals we have had for a long time ,delivery was on time and spot on ,perfect.!

Never had a bad or even average meal from here in 10 years. Always been exceptional. The curry sauce is the best in the area by far plenty of flavour and just enough spice! 👌 always my go to here however i tried the fish for the first time tonight and both me and my partner agreed it was one of the best fishes we have ever eaten. Service is always quick and polite and portions are large and prices are fair, honestly cant say a bad word about the place!

Hands down the best chip shop in the area offering the traditional chip shop fayre as well as an extensive menu of Chinese dishes. Delivery is available at a small cost- we use the Morecambe Eats app- and it is generally quick and efficient. Not as expensive as other chip shops and when we have visited in the past the staff have been friendly and the service rapid. If you're in Morecambe or Heysham it's a must visit!

The food is lovely, the boy who took my order was very disrespectful and laughed at the way I spoke due to my disability. I have been back a few times since, the last time I went to get same food it was not good. The crispy batter tasted very flowery! Might be that they red my review or the chef might have had a bad day. I will try once more, if it's not better I won't go again. I will keep you up to date.

This is probably one of the best Chinese/Chippies around. I've been going here for years and it never disappoints. Some of my favorites are their salt & pepper king prawns, Chinese noodles, egg fried rice and curry! The only negative I guess is their fried fish: it's awful.
