The Silverdale Hotel in Lancaster

Lovely pub with great service. Food had stopped before we arrived so we missed out. Dog friendly and very relaxing environment. Definitely want to try food sometime.

Absolutely lovely hotel and pub. The breakfast was superb (except for the lack of beans but that's a minor gripe). We'll definitely return.

Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Food was lovely, drink was good. Rooms were clean, comfy and a good size. Lovely view too.

Stopped for a drink after long walk. Lovely atmosphere, very busy with people having Sunday lunch. Food looked great, going back again.

Very comfy over night stay with short walk to a beautiful shoreline. Excellent food and really friendly staff. Dog made to feel very welcome.

Fab beer garden. Hubbie Had a Sunday roast which was delicious and generous size. I had fish pie with cheesy mash and peas on side...looked very small compared to Hubbies dinner.

Small room but perfect for the 1 night! Food was very nice! Good little circular walk close by for the pooch!

Lovely hotel and bars spacious yet intimate. Friendly staff. Great value bar. Fish n chips.. wow 😊 small but nice menu. Fab breakfast. Dog friendly and good value rooms. Quiet location. I'd return

While the menu is expectedly quite limited as they're in a small village, the food was very good. (Actually the haddock was lovely). The beer selection was standard Marston's but fine. What I really liked was the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff, many of whom were very young. They were clearly and visibly being well trained and guided by an older member of staff.

Fabulous pub , only had a drink on this visit , but will definitely eat on our next visit . . Dog friendly , so the perfect end to a lovely day out walking our beautiful grand doggy in nearby Eaves Woods .
