The oldest pub in Lancaster. Small traditional pub with tons of character and history. Really good staff when we were in there. Food choice of wines and beers and the food looked great

I had two pints of Hawkshead bitter,a lovely pint. The atmosphere and ambience is excellent! A real comfortable English pub,one that I've drank in intermittently over the years!( I used to live in Lancaster, but moved away years ago, only visit occasionally.) The history behind the establishment is intriguing.

Cosy, comfortable pub dating back to the 1500’s. Amazing history and great range of beers.

Proper quality English pub for food and drinks. Large selection of real ales all which I had were well kept and drank well. Food here was excellent had the pie and the hotpot with a side of chips. Shame there aren’t more places like this around.

Lovely friendly staff! The lady came outside to advise us on parking and was very helpful whilst we questioned various items on the menu. The food was spot on. Had the Vegan Lancashire Pot and husband had the Lamb version. Both were perfect. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant place, with a good choice of beers, ales and food. Limited selection of dishes, but really tasty food. We loved the lamb hotpot and the fish and chips. Veggie hotpot was great as well. Great classic English heritage pub feel. Friendly staff and service.

Very nice atmosphere and lovely friendly staff. Had Vegan Hotpot and burger. Absolutely yummy. Onion rings are one of the best. Definitely recommended. Very happy with everything

We were hungry at mid afternoon. But because our favourite pub (Horse and Wagon) in Lancaster did not open for food till 6 pm , they kindly suggested we try the Three Mariners was the reason we settled for lunch at this pub. It did not disappoint. They offered a good choice on their menu and we were content with it plus they were welcoming.

Usual type of pub meals, good selection of wine by the glass. Good vegetarian and gluten free options for some of the meals. Quiet when we visited. Parking is a problem, there are a couple of spaces outside by they were taken by contractor’s vans, that means either paying the extortionate parking rates or walking half a mile.
