Always a good selection of food that belies it's shopping mall location. Friendly efficient service too.

Cake and iced coffee were all nice. The cake seemed a reasonable price as well for a big portion. Still, other drinks and food were a little on the expensive side.

My wife and I visited this establishment for a bite to eat and a drink. I ordered a large all day breakfast and my wife ordered Penne con Pollo (a chicken pasta dish).The quality of the food was top notch and the best we have had in this kind of establishment. The staff were very friendly and professional and the service was quick.I have no problem at all recommending Vincenzo's ..

Lovely coffee the mocha was great 1st one in a long time where I tasted the chocolate in it a great selection of cakes and food, the apple pie and key lime pie were really tasty. Well worth going to if you are in Lancaster

Ordered ice cream, saw them run to Iceland and come back with ice cream and served us that. Lived in Lancaster for 20 years and thought I’d give them a chance, feel scammed….Next time just say you’ve ran out just refund people!So embarrassed that I subjected going there!

Staff polite but that was it wanted a all day breakfast but dont like fried egg asked if I could have scramble or poached told no we don't do swaps even though both types are on the menu so lefted won't go back

I have had a horrible experience here recently.I used to visit this cafe all the time with my Nana, however, it really has taken a turn for the worst.The food was awful, absolutely no taste to the carbonara at all, even salt couldn’t fix how bland it was.The panini was £7 and for the tiny, squished bit of filling inside, it really wasn’t worth the price!The staff were so eager to leave that they began clearing our table and other people’s tables before we’d even finished our food.Too expensive for the quality of the food and the service just wasn’t up to standard, will not be visiting again

Staff behind the counter didn’t care us at all. I was standing just right in front of them and they even turned their head.Apple pie was not tasty (the cake batter tasted like detergent) I have never seen such a service like that before. It was the worst service I have ever seen. Coffee was spilling as the waiter brought the glasses. When she put the tray on the table, more coffee spilled.I came because of the nice comments and rating. I will never ever go again.

Children's penne not very nice. The children did not enjoy it. Was tempted to have the breakfast but was put off by the no swaps rule since I do not eat egg. Wife did have breakfast but said her bacon was extremely overdone and really chewy. Children's Royal hot chocolate much smaller than previous visits and was expecting alot more for the price.

Really great, great service, delicious food and nice environment. I love it.
