Wok Express in Lancaster

Have used wok for a number of years now,But today's order was the final straw.Last meal ordered bits missing and lacking in its usual high taste.Tonight's. Shambles from start to finish.Parts missing, wrong food sent, tasteless,Rang up to say what had gone wrong,Offered to send me out a portion off bbq sauce. Ordered a portion of water chestnut and bamboo shoots, well no water chestnuts in it at all, carrots onions,spring onions,peppers. Defo not a portion of water chestnut and bamboo shoots. I was told its a new type of bamboo shoots that they are using and they don't have any water chestnut???Will not be going back there anymore.Wether they have a new chef or not but defo changed for the worse.STAY CLEAR......

Love this take away. If you are hungry give this takeaway a call there food is delicious and your belly will be filled to the brim by the time you have finished. Fast delivery and well worth the price!

best boba tea in townmy hand is 18cm tall for reference, £4 for a fat cup of boba tea (with red bean and pudding) is a mad deali heard their brown sugar boba is pretty good tooas for the food i don't really know tbh but i'm sure it's pretty decent

I ordered as usual unfortunately i never had n complaints normal great still deliver quick as usual this tim i got a salt n pepper big box £12.50 so bargain for me as normally this place is quite good but this time my box was mostly full of onions rings and beef that completeley with no beef just biscuit bits , no beef and chicken not sure it was just rock hard in middle , unfortunately had to give 1 review sorry wok express your normally good

Well only problem was ordering when 1st opened,it took a while to get here but not disappointed with the food at all. The ribs were the hottest I've ever had 👍👍👍my sweet 'n' sour chicken huge & my lad thought his was that big & good he couldn't help but leave half and demand he gets the rest Friday nite which is not him.well done

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVEDWaited an hour for the wrong food to be delivered.Called up and was told not to eat the food and that they would bring me my correct order. No apology given, no refund offered.Waited half an hour for the driver to come back, look at the food and then tell me I had the right food already. Driver refused to exchange my food.Called up AGAIN, to explain I still didn't have the right food and was told the chef had just made the correct food for me. Didn't want to hear the fact that I hadn't had any new food delivered.No apology, no refund and left with cold food I didn't order.

Absolute disgrace. The gentleman who answered the phone had the charisma of a tea spoon. Was told food would be 45 minutes, called back after an hour only to have the phone immediately put down. After another 20 minutes of trying a busy line the gentleman told me " it'll probably be another half an hour" which would have been more than twice the amount of time stated when the order was placed.When I stated that this was ridiculous and that I'd waited nearly 2 hours ( 10pm by this stage) the gentleman didn't even apologise. Order cancelled, thoroughly disappointed and I can assure you I shall not be editing from here ever again. Terrible.

Tasty and great value for money! Cheapest I've seen in Lancaster and you get good portions. I'm surprised its a 3 star at the moment, i order frequently and late deliveries will occur with any takeaway every now and then but most of the time its on time. I recommend it

Definitely the best Chinese in Lancaster! Never had any complaints about the food from here. The meal deals are well priced and gives loads of food. Delivery is usually quite slow but they tell you that when you order so can't really complain about it. The food is salty but it's a Chinese so nothing unusual there!

Best Chinese in Lancaster. Now under new management with much better Chinese Chef. Food delivered hot and good portion size. Fast delivery. I can't fault them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Chinese.P.S. If you want Thai food then order from a Thai takeaway, unless of course you don't want to spend the extra money!
